"Nice, clean property. The location was good. Close to many things on the north side of the lake. The lake access shown in the pictures is across the highway. The pool is just a short walk from the condo. There were sufficient kitchen items to cook and eat at the condo. There is a small normal coffee pot. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided. It was quite warm when we visited. There is no AC but a fan is provided so it was not too bad. Check in was easy."

Riley answered all our texts or any questions we had.We spent time in Truckee, Tahoe City, South Tahoe and Kings Beach. Did a lot of shopping. "Two families with teenage kids really enjoyed a 4 day vacation in the bluebird day retreat. The condo is newly remodeled and has every technology and culinary upgrade to make your stay comfortable. The kids enjoyed time walking to the beach, playing tennis and enjoying the pool. The condo is also walking distance to sugar pine bakery which is a delicious way to start your morning. "This was our second time booking this home; it gave us a sense of “home being away from home.” It had all the necessities one needs. There was a nice, hot day and was relieved we had a blender to make smoothies! It is family friendly and close to Northstar which was perfect for our ski/snowboarding getaways. The room looked clean, but as it turned out, the floor had never been washed for over price cleaning fee charged, as evidenced by the hairpin was found on the floor from the previous tenants.
