"We stayed a full week in pretty relentless rain yet came away thoroughly impressed by the accommodation and the welcome received from the hosts. The photos almost do not do the property justice, you really need to stay to properly appreciate it all. Lovely history to it, everything you need for your stay. Top quality heating system and faultless WiFi. Nice location, easy walk to the pub and a reasonably short drive to the shops. Our dogs had bowls towels etc provided. Lovely welcome hamper...

"This the third time we have stayed at Victoria House and i have run out of superlatives the house is comfortable everything needed for a stay is provided just five minutes down the road is the truly excellent Inn of the sticks restaurant which is dog friendly and Llansteffan is a friendly place and the property is well placed to visit the Gower or Pembrokeshire coast The property is truly dog friendly and ideally placed for playing on the beach or walks along the nearby coastal path"

"I was very happy with our stay at Spilman hotel. We were running a bit late, but we call the hotel, and explain our situation. The very friendly Lady who answered the phone, insured that all was waiting for us. We manage to arrive before closing hours. I got a nice cold Guinness before bar closed. Breakfast was very good. Everything was good. I will return next time I visit Carmighten."

"The room we were given, was very hard to access to. We had to go up some stairs, for again to go down. The fire doors were very heavy. Our room smell of very old carpet. There were hulls in the curtain. Future more the room was extremely cold. I had to buy a heater in Tesco. "
