Welcome to La Terra Vista, our charming two-bedroom apartment nestled in the heart of Carcassonne! Located a stone's throw from the train station and just 150m from the famous 'Place Carnot,' this beautifully decorated home offers the perfect blend of convenience and comfort.

The apartment boasts two air conditioned bedrooms, each adorned with a luxurious king-sized bed (180 x 200) promising a restful night's sleep after a day of exploration.

One of the highlights of our home is the fantastic outdoor area, where you can unwind on the cozy sofa or enjoy al fresco dining in the charming dining area. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or sharing a meal, this outdoor space is sure to become a favorite spot during your stay.

With self check-in available, you can arrive at your leisure and start your Carcassonne adventure without delay. Plus, being completely renovated, you can expect modern amenities and comfort throughout your stay including HD TV with Netflix and Prime Video, super fast fibre wifi, a completely new full equipped kitchen as well as washer and dryer facilities.

Please note that our apartment is a duplex, located on the first and second floors of a building, and therefore might not be suitable for those with mobility issues due to the stairs.

CHECK IN: self check in from 15:00.

AIR-CONDITIONING: Both bedrooms and the living room area are equipped with A/C.

AMENITIES: HD TV, Super-fast fibre broadband and WIFI, oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.

LOCATION: 5 minute walk to the station, 2 minutes to Place Carnot parking, restaurants, shops and bars, and a 20 minute walk to the famous world heritage site ‘Carcassonne Cité’.

This is a beautiful apartment in a great location. It Is the best equipped vacation rental I have stayed in - I like to go to local fresh air markets and cook and the kitchen was great. There are a lot of steps and there was a local music festival, so there was some noise, the owner had left earplugs, Ave the beds were comfortable so we slept well.

We had a wonderful time and the apartment is really well maintained, very clean, modern and very thoughtfully appointed. The terrace is spacious and comfortable, and the hosts have thought of just about everything. The location is excellent, in the centre of the bastide (new town), with everything walking distance. Chris was very responsive and informative, with lots of recommendations. We would give 6 stars if we could!

Great location, near anything you need. Loved the kitchen and the outdoor terrace. Chris was very helpful, professional, and proactive in providing information about the apartment, things to do in town, check in procedures. It was a wonderful stay and we really enjoyed Carcassonne.

Beautiful spot in Southwest France

Great spot for a home base to explore this colorful regionof France. Wonderfully appointed apartment has more then just the essentials. We cooked several dinners here using the great ingredients in the stores and the local markets.

We had a great stay in Carcassonne. The apartment was perfect. Great location and Chris was an excellent host. This property does not disappoint. The terrace would be lovely in the warmer weather. We would love to stay here again.

Best Place Ever!!!

This apartment is on two levels (2nd and 3rd floor) and is truly amazing. The bedrooms and bathrooms are situated on the lower floor, and the living area with the kitchen is upstairs. The terrace is beautiful, and I can only imagine how lovely it is in the summer (we visited in December).The interior design is sublime. There is a washer, dryer, and dishwasher, perfect for a long-term stay. The kitchen is super well-equipped and fun to cook in. We had the best time!

Lovely Apartment in Carcassonne

The apartment and host were great. It has everything a guest could use and need. So well equipped and designer lovely. The host was very attentive and easy to communicate with. Check-in was easy. I rate this apartment and host a 10-star. The only negative I would say is that from the ground floor, at the entry, there is one flight of stairs to the bedrooms and bathroom and an additional flight to the living room, kitchen, and dining. This is okay for younger people but most difficult for older people. This condition could be more prominently communicated on the host site, but the apartment is FANTASTIC! Thank you - Chris

Great Apartment, great location = great holiday

Really lovely apartment, great location. Nice and easy to walk to the city and ramparts. Bus stop for the lake is 2 min walk away. Really well equipped and so nice to have more the 4 of glasses, mugs and plates.

Stunning apartment great location

Absolutely loved the apartment. It had everything we needed. Comfy big beds, thick towels, tv, dinng table abd chairs, terrace, gorgeous bathroom and loo etc and a great host who was always available if we had any questions. The cleaning lady was lovely too. As for the cost it was a real bargain for a place like this. Thank you for a great stay

Le logement est un duplex au 1er étage, non indiqué sur le descriptif. Excellente communication avec Chris. Le logement est magnifique, cosy, bien agencé et décoré, propre, ce qui nous permettait d'oublier les marches !! C'était super, nous n'avons manqué de rien.
