Eder, the manager, went above and beyond to help us with getting the yellow fever vaccine. Luis, the waiter, was attentive, helpful, and courteous. Victor was always ready to help with a smile. Above all, Brian is a master in his craft. He was passionate about his job and showed a genuine desire to make our stay fun and memorable. You guys are the true definition of warm...

"Vi var på irotama i juni 2018, med hele familien. Vi boede i Bohio suiterne nr 71,73 og 80. De ligger lige ud til stranden og kan anbefales. Der var rent og service i værelset hver dag. Morgenmaden er rigtig god og igen fantastisk god service. Vi fandt 6 forskellige restauranter og prøvede de 4 som alle var gode specielt den italienske i pool området. Stranden er børnevenlig. Der er af og til problemer med strømforsyning og nødgeneratorerne starter det kan man næsten ikke høre inde i husene...

"All inklusive but not at all “-all inklusive”. Coffee, ice cream, drinks, bottle water, all cost extra. Extra cost - taxes on food for foreigners - we were told it was the law, but asking again and again no one was able to show us it in written. Facilities warn, not much (if any) updates since we were there 5 years ago. The morning I used the gym it was not opened before 7.00 and it say opening at 6.30. After contacting reception at 6.40 it still took 20 min. to open. And food is in general not...
