"Honestly, your staff is the best thing about this property. I felt the price was ridiculous, but it is close to Aspen and we drove to Basalt just to get a better price than we could in Aspen. It feels a little closed in with all of the shops right across the parking lot, so the parking feels tight, although I was pleasantly surprised that it was not too noisy at night. You need to add Kleenex to the amenities and rather than providing two washcloths I think you need to provide four like you did...

"The location of this property is ideal if you want to park the car and walk during your stay. It's really close to the Glenwood Springs Hot Springs and the downtown area with its many choices of great restaurants and the property has a charming ambiance with baskets of flowers everywhere. However, there were several issues that will keep me from returning. The a/c wall unit noise was like trying to sleep with a roaring airplane engine. "Room was decent, but over priced. Breakfast was crap, unless you like egg shells in your eggs."

"Room was clean and spacious, and the air conditioner was a godsend during the heatwave (not a lot of places we stayed either had ac or one that worked that well)!! Breakfast was decent, but the lines for waffles were very long and the pastries were a little underwhelming. But the fact they had a larger selection than others in the area. "From start to finish my interactions about this stay—and the stay itself—was top-tier. The location was perfect to walk into town, the hospitality and kindness of the host Derek was appreciated, the options for food and drinks on the main floor were plentiful, and my room/bathroom was clean/comfortable/safe/well-stocked.
