Hytter i Captiva

"I have stayed at South Seas many times over many years, so it makes me sad to say I will NEVER go back. The pictures that are portrayed of the unit are all lies! The place is like a ghost town. It is filled with construction workers. Worse yet, you do not have access to the resort or any of its “few” restaurants. You are not told any of this during booking. The pool that you do have access to was filthy. I spoke with the registration person who admittedly took some responsibility for the fact...

"My family and I had a wonderful stay at Marcus’s condo in Captiva! The location is outstanding, and the views are absolutely amazing. Marcus is an exceptional host—responsive, professional, and proactive. He goes above and beyond to make sure his guests are well taken care of! It’s obvious Marcus takes great pride in his property and providing a first-class guest experience. We created lasting family memories during our stay and look forward to staying here again in the future!"

"It was perfect! "

"Great location! Kitchen could be stocked more! Fan on porch didn’t work..needed extra pillow covers not enough towels for showers oven doesn’t turn on until you reset the breaker in panel in kitchen floor was wet throughout when we got there had to use beach towels to wipe up pool must not be heated was cool other than that good location oh ya no door mats to clean shoes on and no dust pan and broom to clean up sand on floor and had a hell of a time getting remote to work on tv. I guess we are...

"Good location, The rooms were very clean; everything was very tidy., The beach is fabulous; everything is very beautiful."

"Very nice accommodations for a family vacation and just a short walk to the most beautiful beach!"

"Gaby was an AMAZING host!! The house was beautiful and comfortable. GREAT location, short walk to the beach AND EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a great beach day!! Hopefully we can visit again next summer!!"

"It was a small cabin type, and you would not want more than 2 people, but it was functional and the shower was decent size, but it was well kept up and you could not beat the location, right on the beach, and all sand for miles on the shore or water! For the price it was great value. I did leave them a comment as I think they should provide more than one set of towels bath and beach, ans since it is small more hook and shelves to put and hang things would be nice. We would definitely...

"The photos on the website are not accurate. AC didn’t work, refrigerator and tv. Nothing was done to solve any of these problems. We were so hot sleeping at night. We had to ask for codes for laundry room (which didn’t work), pool and WiFi. We thought there would be access to the new waterpark because the description says it’s right by it. Sorry, no access. Lots of construction around the parking lot.The porch view was great. Beach access is across the street."

"We had a wonderful stay! Extremely clean and beautiful home! So relaxing and had everything we needed! Especially accommodating for families with babies!"
