"Loved our stay at the Loft! Was so easy to travel the wine trail. The Loft itself was perfect for us. We were looking for a weekend of R & R, this was the perfect spot! Hot tub was a perfect spot to relax before hitting the wine trail and then a perfect spot to relax after a busy day to relax with a nice bottle from the wine trail. We will definitely be back!"

"I traveled with 7 other women and we stayed at this wonderful location. The house is split into two separate living quarters (there is no adjoining door). Both units were incredibly cute and comfortable. This is the perfect location for the wine trail. It sits across from a bourbon bar and a couple of the girls walked across both nights we stayed. The Quetil Trailhead is a wonderful walking trail that is situated close to this location. We enjoyed the trail both mornings for our early activity....

The kitchen has anything you could need to cook a meal (we made two dinners, the second bbq-ing steaks on the grill). The bathrooms are well-stocked and clean. We love this place. So serene. Internet not very good in the Illinois woods. Closed cabin has a musty smell from humidity in the woods. Host had an automatic air freshener going to help with air quality."

"This was exactly what we needed for our trip!! My partner and I are rock climbers, we visit this area often to climb at the Holy Boulders in Pomona, and we came up at this time to see the eclipse. Usually we camp or stay up in Carbondale, but we are already looking at coming back here for our next trip!
