The Place in the Palms: POOL home w/fire pit

The Place in the Palms is specially designed for families relax together. Splash in the pool, kick your feet up at the fire pit and connect with each other in a calm, modern and spacious home.

You will find the home to be quiet and peaceful with empty lots on both sides, yet very centrally located. Just 30 minutes from several beaches, minutes from a wide range of dining options, as well as Publix. This home is just 10 minutes to downtown Cape Coral, and about 12 minutes to Fort Myers area.
The space
As you walk up the long driveway, large enough to comfortably park 4 cars (FREE), you will enter through the front door which immediately showcases the natural sunlight and the inviting pool. To your left is the first bedroom that also serves as an office space as the QUEEN-sized Murphy bed is able to be stored for more space.

The master bedroom with KING-sized bed with en suite bathroom is also to the left with direct access to the outdoor area and pool deck through a large sliding door.

To the right of the front door is the dining area, and continuing on down the hallway is the laundry room with access to the garage, as well as a full guest bathroom and two bedrooms, one bedroom features a TWIN bed and a QUEEN bed; the other bedroom has one KING bed.

Both living rooms have very oversized couches suitable for a sleeping area. There is an additional fold out twin bed in the Master closet, along with a crib option if needed.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house, including two car garage.
