Upon entering the front door, you will find a split floor plan featuring a formal living room for relaxing, formal dining space next to the main bedroom as well as an open kitchen connected to the family living room. The home features tons of windows facing the lanai and pool area.
The three bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queen and 1 Twin bed) as well as 2 full bathroom vacation Villa will offer your family plenty of space to relax and recharge.
The home is centrally located close to Cape Coral Pkwy with its restaurants and stores and the neighborhood offers great options for walking or biking. It is a boater's paradise with the gulf access option and the boat dock and lift if you like to bring your own boat or let us assist you with a boat rental.
This location is a convenient drive to all central settings in Cape Coral. It is about 12 minutes to Matlacha, forty-five minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.
Guests can enjoy all that SW Florida has to offer from the convenience of an immaculate, well designed and very bright vacation home.
Aqua Bella features beautiful décor and can fit up to 7 guests very relaxed in this comfortable set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts plenty of light with windows facing the pool area and plenty of sliders going out to the patio and pool.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.
**Fire Place inside the home as well as on the dock are not available for tenant usage**

Highlights of the outside include: a lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining, swimming in the heated pool, or just watching amazing sun rises.
If you like additional entertainment space, why not relax by the boat dock where you have a chance to see the Florida Fish and Wildlife or just enjoy sitting by the water around the fire pit.(*Fire Pit not available for guest use*)
There is a seawall and a concrete dock for canal fishing.
