Pictures don’t deceive

There are a lot of expectations I place on a vacation rental because it takes me a few years to save up to even go. This property exceeded my already high and hopeful expectations! First, the cleanliness of the property was wonderful. I’m not sure what kind of magic they use to remove sand from within, but they did it. Second, I have stayed in multiple VRBO rentals before and they all have required the purchase of bath, laundry and paper products on our own. This rental was stocked with the majority of this that lasted us our entire stay! The kitchen utensils were basic and only salt and pepper available, but stocked enough to get meals taken care of if you wanted. Third, the beach wares available were a huge blessing, as we flew into town and couldn’t possibly bring all that is needed, nor want to purchase those items once there. Myself and 4 teen sons had plenty enough to keep us situated for the day at the beach. Fourth, the entire property is very well maintained and quiet. The pool and putting green are in impeccable condition and stayed that way during our 8 day stay. The wiring is a bit dated, as outlets for chargers are behind furniture, but it was not anything off putting. The managing company sent detailed information in a timely manner before access. I would highly recommend this rental and would love to return again. Thank you for allowing us to make wonderful family memories in a clean and safe environment!

We enjoyed the stay. The unit was well appointed and clean. The mattresses could use an update. They were a little soft. The parking lot was being resurfaced so parking was poor and the off-site areas were covered with the asphalt dust except for the last day. Good location. The pool was well maintained and enjoyable.

Beach front super nice

Our daughter lives in Cape Canaveral so this place was very convenient to her home . Grounds and building in nice condition . Caught 2 rocket launches right from the stair well which was awesome . Will be back .

Beachy & Comfortable

This unit was perfect for my family with enough space for everyone! The host manager was great to work with and communicated regularly to provide information about our stay, parking and access, and checking in case we needed anything. She was able to accommodate a late departure which was a big help! The location is wonderful with plenty of restaurants and groceries near by. The view of the pool and beach is amazing and hearing the waves hit the beach was soothing. We would definitely rent again!

Great location / needs provisioning

The place was very good. And there was excellent communication with the owner's representative, who was very responsive and kind. Great views over the pool and ocean, wonderful ocean sounds, and very nice accommodations. They did have nice new towels, and the beds were comfortable as were the nice sheets and pillows.The reason for 4-stars and not 5-stars is because the place was not provisioned well though. E.g., only salt/pepper, no other spices (we bought a few and left them there for others), an older coffee maker but no filters or coffee, nothing in the freezer (e.g., ice) or fridge (e.g., typical community condiments - again, we left ours). A few trash bags under the sink and cleaning supplies. Very sparse on food storage containers. These are all easily addressed and I provided suggestions to the owner's representative.The other thing that arose was out of control of the owners but the complex's maintenance / facilities person was rude. It is advertised as pet friendly, and we had our service animal (not a pet) with us. He rudely told us we were not allowed to walk through the courtyard to the beach access with the dog, since "pets are not allowed" even though our service animal was in his red-vest clearly labelled. Later we saw numerous other pets on the lawn but none of them were told to leave like we were.

Christmas Trip

We enjoyed our stay @ Canaveral Towers! Our condo had a beautiful view & was so close to the beach! We also walked straight out to the beach to watch a SpaceX launch & it was awesome!!!!!

Really nice condo

Everything was pretty great in this condo. Super clean and a great view of the ocean! The beds were comfy. The check-in with getting the key was a bit of a pain but not anything I would not go back for. The other main "problem" was the elevator. Just 1 working so the wait times were a bit long. I guess they are going to totally replace the non-working elevator which will help.

2023 family/friends trip

We had a wonderful stay and loved the location!! The only downfall was the fact that there is only one elevator working and it did not work on the floor we were on unless you pushed the up button.

Vacation at the beach

We had a wonderful time at the beach. My 93 year old Mom wanted to walk on the beach again and she did! She also wanted to get her children together again and she did!

We loved the property, the view was beutiful.

Overall it was a great experience. There is only 2 elevators and one was not working at all and the other would not work properly. We had to have my daughter run down the steps to call the elevator then ride it up to floor 4 so we could leave because I have a wheelchair bound 16 year old. Hopefully they get that fixed as it was kind of a pain to do that every time we wanted to leave for 12 days. Other than that we loved our condo, we loved the views , and the location was perfect!

Great location & view

We were very happy at this condo. Plenty of room for the 6 adults we had. Great view of the ocean for drinking out coffee each morning. It was also very secure as you had to use your key to gain access to the elevator and stairwell.

location was perfect

The pictures shown are not completely accurate. Couches could be replaced along with pots and pans. Bedrooms were very nice and spacious. Accessing the keys is a little cumbersome. After a 16 hour drive would have liked to have been able to be there and be done.

Super clean condo! The oceanfront view was beautiful every morning. Our kids enjoyed watching the boats come and go. Super close to shopping and dining. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Relaxing!

Was such a nice condo! Very clean and condos were not too crowded! The pool was never overcrowded and plenty of room on the beach. Loved that the condo supplied all the beach things we could think of. The beds were sooo comfortable. Had an issue with the ac first day but they responded immediately and had it fixed by the time we got back. Love the view and the owner was quick to get back to us anytime we needed them. Will return for sure!

Perfect low key Florida beach

This place was great. The location is in northern Coco beach and is away from the hustle and bustle of what is already a small-feel vacation town. The pool is very nice just outside all of the condos and has direct access to the beach just a few dozen yards away. The view from the balcony is absolutely great. You can see several cruise ships coming in and out throughout the day. Very close drive over to Kennedy space Center, local grocery stores and restaurants, and the beach is a great quality. The The condo itself is very clean well laid out and has ample room for a small family or family traveling with some elderly. There is an elevator too. The buildings old and is showing signs of wear and is dated, however when we were there there was restoration work going on and believe that it should be looking fantastic by summer of 22. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare food however you will need to obtain your basic group of spices and condiments. For those that want to Do more cooking then eating out, the only real drawback that I was disappointed in was that there was no grill at the condo or anywhere on the facility for use. At the beach that just seems like something you’d want to do. However not a big enough drawback to not stay there. Lastly is a shout out to the people that run vacation condo itself, great communication, very friendly, and available to answer any questions or challenges that we had. We’ll be back.

Great Beachfront Condo!

The condo was perfect- great view, Very relaxing. Facilities included well maintained pool, putting green, shuffle board. The condo was well equipped from the beach to the kitchen. I would definitely recommend having a car if you stay here- this is not a walkable neighborhood.

Good week in Cocoa Beach

We enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach. The managers was so responsive and the beach so beautiful. The property is so secure. You need a key to get in and out of the beach and pool, and into the elevator and stair wells. The refrigerator was old and started to fail while we were there. The cooktop smoked when you turned it on and didn’t smell good. We would have appreciated some throw blankets for the nights when it was chilly. Over all it was a great week in Cocoa Beach. There were Fireworks over the beach at the strike of midnight which was so fun! We were able to socially distance and most guests wore masks in common areas which we appreciated.

Great at coco beach

The condo layout was excellent. A balcony to look out to the Atlantic Ocean, comfortable beds, good WiFi, great and well stocked kitchen. Family hit the beach everyday followed by the pool in the afternoons, Good parking for numbered parking and we parked as a visitor by the gate to the beach which allow us to store the beach stuff in that vehicle. The best thing is the key access. The condo key accessed the elevator, the condo, the pool, and the beach gate. Great for security.
