The Space:

This spacious beachside condo is ideal for families, couples, or a group of friends. Well-lit with natural light and decorated in a modern style, this updated 2 bedroom 1 bathroom condo boasts a convenient open floor plan with all new furnishings. You'll have everything you need for an unforgettable beach vacation. The bedrooms are beautifully designed with comfortable mattresses for a good night's sleep and storage to unpack. The modern bathroom has a shower and plenty of plush towels. Whip up your own gourmet meals in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Relax in the comfortable living room - complete with a cozy couch, inviting decor, and a flat-screen TV for your viewing pleasure. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, laundry facilities, and free parking.

The Neighborhood:

This condo situated 100 steps from the Space Coast beaches, provides an excellent opportunity to have a memorable beach vacation. Take a short walk to the beach and catch a sunrise or rocket launch. When you're ready to explore, you'll find numerous local attractions within a short distance, like the famous Cocoa beach, Port Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, and the Orlando theme parks. Enjoy the best of the Space Coast and everything else that Cape Canaveral offers.



Getting Around:

Plenty of space for on site parking. Very close to SR528 and SR520 intersections that will each get you anywhere you want to be quickly.



Uber and Lift are prevalent and efficient in the area as well.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

Disappointed

The outside was run down due to lack of maintenance. The inside smelled of smoke which we were given a ozone machine to clear the smell thankfully. The pictures online are very deceiving. The furniture, walls, bedding, were dirty, door moulding was warped we couldn't get in or out of door. Poor lighting in bathroom, bedrooms and livingroom area. The rental next to us in #12 had paper thin walls, and we could hear the TV and loud fighting with each other late into the night. We have stayed in other VRBO across the country and have never been this upset. I do not recommend this place.

Spring Break

We enjoyed how close this was to the beach and the unit was clean and comfortable. Would have liked a dresser in the bedrooms to set suitcases on and additional mirrors in the rooms would have been nice since the bathroom was small. Overall it was a nice space to sleep and access the beach.

Review of the fillmore

Although the location of this property is amazing and the property manager was super helpful and responsive, this property got such a low score because it is very much in need of TLC. The windows were falling apart, almost no screens left on some windows, the rugs were dirty, furniture stained and the building itself was very much in need of repair- there was a dead bird on the pool deck for the entire week and the pool looked dark and murky. I would absolutely not stay here again and would never recommend it to anyone. If it were not for the proximity to the beach, I cannot imagine giving this property any stars.

Great location, but not clean and a hassle with the code to get in

Really not that impressed. Other than the location to the beach and the Kennedy space center, the place was not clean and falling apart, we have pictures of food behind the bed, a huge hole in the window screen, a disgusting cooking pan and cookie sheet, etc, etc. Carpet was dirty in the living area, dirty door handle on the fridge, and tiny ants got into our closer box of donuts on the counter. We had a really hard time getting into our unit too. The property manager tried many times to get our code to work and finally had to reset it for us but it took over and hour to get fixed while we had a child who had to use the bathroom so we had to leave to find a bathroom then come back... A real hassle. The communication with the host through the VRBO app was great though, they did try hard to help us fast when we had questions but the cleanliness was just subpar.We will never stay here again.

Nice apartment/Condo ,had a few teething problems but as it was brand new, its to be expected, positioning is good for business or Holiday as long as you don't have children wanting Beach and Sea Days as they are quite a good Drive away.

Disappointing stay

our stay was a little disappointing. The unit was not left very clean. Counters needed to be wiped down. Carpets were dirty and needed to be vacuumed. We did find a roach one day. The air conditioning unit broke midway through our stay. We call the property manager and were offered fans and a window A/C but the temperature in the unit remained above 86 degrees. It was quite uncomfortable to sleep for 2 nights. We called again and were offered a 2nd A/C unit. Finally they came to fix the A/C on our last day. Communication was good although we had to follow up a few times. They did try and assist but it would have been better to not have these issues to begin with.

Pro: - Good location 3 minutes to the beach - good communication Fast response and very helpful if you need something - parking area in front of the unit Con: - Not really clean Under the bed and couch were trash and some things from the previous guest. The Pool was very dirty, you couldn‘t see the ground and green water - Air condition Unit in the 2nd bedroom Super annoying and very loud - Not really good for families with small children - No Laundrymachine/ dryer inside the appartment At the booking page there is information that you have both but there is only a washing center. Neutral - no storage You only have one small wardrobe for clothes. Some cupboards would help, too

Pleasantly Surprised

While we recognized the need for a luggage rack to accommodate our elderly cousin and the addition of a dimmer light for enhanced comfort, similar to those found in one-bedroom accommodations, we found that this charming establishment met all our requirements. Great location for a family trip

We had a great stay at this property. The location was very close to as described, with clean floors and furnishings throughout. The property was VERY close to the beach, which was great for our family to have quick access. The beach itself was also clean, and it was not overcrowded during our stay. This was a great property if you're looking for a fun getaway, and want access to Cape Canaveral, Kennedy Space Center, and beaches. Special mention - There were multiple satellite and rocket launches within viewing distance from the beach, which was truly a spectacle. Check the local schedule to see if rockets will go off when you visit!

Great family getaway

It was nice to stay so close to the ocean in this 2 bedroom, spacious unit. It was very clean & fully stocked with plenty of extra towels & blankets. The extra bed for the living room was very comfortable too.

Great location and management response, condo ok.

The unit is a short walk to the beach in a very safe feeling residential area with other condos around. The unit had no towel bars and a broken toilet paper holder, no drawers in bedroom for clothes and only 11 hangars for 2 bedrooms. The heat didn’t work and on the 2nd to the last day, the sink drain pipe disconnected. The management did respond well and did what they could to remedy. This place needs work before renting again.
