"The majority of the staff and accommodations were AMAZING ! The food was a big disappointment. The buffet meals were bland and cold. We did enjoy The Wok and the italian restaurants for dinner. Miguel, our butler, was extremely friendly and attentive. He was awesome! The seaweed did take over the beach so we were unable to swim in the ocean which was a huge disappointment."

"We were very pleased with our stay at this resort, now called Dreams Cap Cana. The staff were so friendly which made our visits to the pools, beach, restaurants and bars very comfortable. Specific staff members Alvero, Felix, Naftaly and Elisa stand out as great examples of the welcoming, friendly and helpful personnel that we encountered. The pools, beach and rooms were clean. With the low number of guests, we often felt like we had the pools and beach to ourselves. We would definitely visit...

"The landscaping, grounds, and pools were very well kept and clean. The room was very humid and stayed damp the entire time we were there. It wasn’t everyone’s room, but for some reason the room we stayed in had this issue. "

The waterpark staff was also super amazing and made the stay even better. Definitely recommend checking out the excursions, the Scape Park was super fun and the staff made the experience an amazing time. "
