"Great place and super staff. Food good and all places had super great service. Need to rebuild the pool at castle as no skimmer and part of decking in the water. So oil and dirt on surface. Other pools were great. Of course the algae issues, not the fault of the hotel. Again the people and staff could not have been better. All really nice and helpful."

"The lobby, pool, and beach area were beautiful. The room on the other hand was horrible. Dusty furniture, stained rugs with dirt that can simply be wiped with a cloth and soap. You could tell that no effort was put into cleaning these rooms. In Addition, the water was brown our first day there, the shower was broken and extremely difficult to turn on. I honestly believe that they hold these rooms that are in such bad condition for people who book on Expedia and any other third-party site. I...
