"The property and customer service from the staff are impecable. We visited in Jul 10th 2025 the only thing that was a major setback for us was the beach. It would've been a 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for the ridiculous amount of seaweed. The entire beach was so dark like coffee. I asked some of the staff and they said it was the time of the year. The sand is perfect like sugar powder."

Specific staff members Alvero, Felix, Naftaly and Elisa stand out as great examples of the welcoming, friendly and helpful personnel that we encountered. The pools, beach and rooms were clean. With the low number of guests, we often felt like we had the pools and beach to ourselves. We would definitely visit...
