This lovely two-level townhouse is located in the peaceful Villaggio dell’Orologio, about 450 meters from Caorle beach. It features a large private garden accessible from all ground-floor rooms. On the ground floor, there is a kitchenette, a living room, and a double bedroom. The first floor includes a second double bedroom, a bathroom with window and shower cabin, and a loft area (without door) with two single beds that can be joined to form a double. The property also offers a barbecue, an outdoor shower, a washing machine, air conditioning, and two private parking spaces (included in the price).
