"Sjældent har vi oplevet så upersonlig en indtjekning på noget hotel, som vi oplevede her. Gæster skal føle sig velkommen, det var ikke det indtryk, vi fik. På værelset havde vi masser af plads. Der var rent og sengene gode, men vi savnede noget ved indretningen og interiøret, der indikerede, hvor vi befandt os. Super fin morgenmad, hvor servicen var imødekommende og effektiv. Hotellet ligger i gåafstand fra stationen og lige i udkanten af centrum. Området stille og roligt."

"Nice hotel, they had turned off the heating so the room felt a little cool, the fire alarm was sensitive to the steam coming from the bathroom and why dont they move it? I did not try the spa facilities but my girlfriend liked it"

"Beautiful and very tranquil location. The apartment was big but a bit outdated. When we arrived we were informed the restaurant was closed (it’s apparently closed twice a week) and all shops in the town closed. Nothing would open until 9am the next day and the hotel does not offer breakfast. Very surprised that an expensive hotel like this does not offer a better service. This was quite a problem for us (we have small kids), would have been great to know this in advance. That being said I could imagine coming back in the future. "

"The accommodations were great, however there was a lot of noise from the street and the windows didn’t seal properly. Not a big issue, but could be better. Staff and food in the restaurant was excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area. "
