"The place was just as described. Very nice, convenient to everything, as well as clean & very quiet. Any questions I had were answered promptly. The bay was just across the street which was great for walks. My family lives in Gulf Breeze, and I plan on renting this place again when I visit. "Host was responsive & provided very clear check in/check out instructions. The bed was comfortable and the space felt more homey than a hotel. The house is split into three units but the doors are spaced out so that you don’t have interact with other guests. My only feedback for improvements would be better or more pillows and a key pad for unlocking the door. Having to keep up with the physical key & or opening the lock box each time wasn’t impossible but just punching in a door code would have...

"Enjoyed the location and the comfort of the home. The added bonus of the hot tub was thoroughly enjoyed. The master bed was comfortable but very small. Husband had to sleep on coach or other room. That bed was uncomfortable for his back. Would have liked to have a tv in the bedroom. The kitchen was awesome as well as the bathrooms. Any question I had was answered very . Will definitely book this property again."
