    The apartment has one dedicated parking in the basement of the building.

    Additional parking is available on the nearby streets, please note that most street parking spaces are paid: 1st 30min free, then 3 eur for 2 hours. For 24hrs is 17 eur.

    The public parking Vaubain is 2-minute walk from the building (please check their website for rates, as they differ on the period).



    Other Things to Note:

    ✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy full access to the entire apartment.

    ✹ CHECK-IN: Please note that on-line check-in is required before arrival at the property. In compliance with current law, all guests are required to provide a valid government-issued ID at the time of reservation.

    One week before arrival, you will receive an email asking for the following:

    - Upload the IDs of all guests.

    - provide a credit card for a temporary card authorization of €500.

    Please note that your entry codes will only be released once both steps have been completed. If the check-in process is not finalized and the deposit is not paid in full, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without refund.

    These measures are legally required and strictly enforced to ensure compliance and security.

    ✹ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT

    Early check-in and late check-out options can be provided, subject to availability in our reservations calendar. Please inform us your desired arrival/ departure time and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Additional fees of 50 eur apply.

    ✹ LUGGAGE STORAGE: We don’t have the possibility to store your luggage. You might want to check the luggage storage facility by the Cannes train station: cannes.city-locker.com.

    ✹ STAYS LONGER THAN 1 WEEK

    For stays longer than one week, a mid-stay cleaning is required to ensure your comfort. This service includes fresh linens and towels, and will be arranged and charged separately through the Resolution Center.

    ✹ COMPLIMENTARY ESSENTIALS: We provide guests with a starter pack of bathroom toiletries, water, soft drinks, coffee and tea.

    ✹ TOWELS AND LINENS: Each bed comes with fresh linens, and every guest receives one large and one small bath towel. If you would like extra linens or towels, we can provide them upon request for a small additional fee. For your comfort, the apartment is equipped with one large blanket for the double bed and one small blanket for the single bed. We don’t keep extra blankets on-site, and we thank you for your understanding.

    ✹ PARKING INFORMATION: The apartment has a small underground parking, only a small size car can fit (size of Renault Zoe).

    ✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi throughout the home, plus laptop-friendly areas in the bedrooms and living room.

    ✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a Pack ‘n Play/travel crib and high chair available upon request (please let us know before your arrival). There is an additional cost is 35 eur/ stay.

    ✹ AIRPORT TRANSFER/ DRIVER: We can connect you with our trusted partners, who can pick you up and drop you off at the apartment.

    ✹ BIRTHDAYS/ ANNIVERSARIES: Ask us what you would like, daily cleaning during your stay, or maybe a flower bouquet and balloons. We'll do our best to assist you during your stay.
