Florella Jean Jaurès is a residence composed of 16 apartments of different types, all designed to offer optimal comfort to guests. Its strategic location, right in front of the train station and in the heart of the city, allows easy and quick access to all the city’s points of interest.
Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach the Palais des Festivals and the famous Croisette with its beaches and shops, as well as the lively area of restaurants and bars, the picturesque Suquet with its famous Marché Forville, the Old Port, and the shopping streets. An ideal choice for both leisure and business stays.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 7:00 PM, check-ins are subject to approval, except during congress periods and the summer season.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on site. Please note that a physical check-in after 7:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during congress periods and the summer season.
For self check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 11:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
