Upon arrival, you’ll access the apartment through a quiet pathway behind the residence. A private terrace welcomes you, furnished with comfortable seating—perfect for enjoying the outdoors.
On the ground floor:

- An open-plan kitchen, fully equipped with modern appliances (stovetop, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.), ideal for preparing meals at home

On the upper floor:

- A serene bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), Smart TV, a desk area, and a spacious closet for your belongings

- A modern en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower

A separate WC for added convenience.

Shared parking is available within the residence, with space to park at the entrance of the pathway as long as it doesn’t obstruct any access.

Check-out by 11 AM and check-in from 4 PM (flexible depending on our availability; please let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, and we will accommodate whenever possible).
Check-ins can be in person until 7 PM.
Late arrivals are available until 10 PM upon request and for an additional fee.
After these hours, check-ins are only possible via key boxes.
All key boxes are located on the facade of our premises at 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys should be collected from this address for all key box check-ins.
