Great location!!! the rest is Mid
The location is great the breakfast is good. The beach and pool are great. The F&B staff are pleasant with prompt service Special shout out to the Banyan tree and the house of Nomad. Check-in and Check-out process was not pleasant, the house manager was RUDE when I asked for my second key for my Dad, the check-in process took 3 hours, the service recovery was acceptable thanks to Isha. They have a complimentary shuttle etc. However, at this price point there are better options in Goa, staying here was a mistake.

Best stay in Goa hands down!
This hotel and the staff are truly amazing! Welcoming, courteous, accommodating and generous. We were celebrating my husbands 60th birthday on this trip, and were sweetly surprised by the chocolate cake and birthday message left in our room one day. So thoughtful! Restaurants on site are excellent, the new Seven Rivers brewery nearby also a fabulous property for dinner and drinks. Highly recommend the Taj to anyone visiting Goa.

Greenery, being right on the beach, restaurant choices.Really liked Rocky who is a personal trainer at the onsite gymn and Sachin in the main restaurant.

Front desk and housekeeping services were extremely poor. Rooms were not clean. The sofa had stains, the room telephones were not working. The restaurants weren’t great either but the restaurant staff were good.

We had expected a lot from Taj but the condition was not great. The staff made a lot of efforts to make us comfortable and that was the only plus for us. They said they will do refund of one night and then e should check with Hotels.com but I haven’t been able to contact anyone in hotels.com as there is no email id or phone number on hotels.com app to follow up.

We had a dream holiday for 4 days thanks to the staff @ Taj holiday village. Check in smooth. Room clean. Caravella service impeccable & the food exceptional. Special thanks to chef Savio, Pramod, Avnish, Manoj & others who made every meal fun and yumm. Special mention for Mr. Krishna @ kids activity centre for arranging outdoor activities for my daughter. We have no other choices to stay at during our next visit to Goa.

Must say Taj always tries to do their best in hospitality, but it could have been better . This is our second stay in last 21/2 months but this time it was a stronger feeling that next time we should try some other resort . At breakfast time it is disaster galore with service effected drastically . The food was better than January but why can’t Taj up their taste in food with the resources they have . They need to have more chefs . Having said that we have never stayed anywhere but at Taj village or aguada since last 25 yrs in north Goa . Hope they take this feed back seriously and improve the outsourced taxis conditions and the money they charge for it along with in house facilities .

Disappointing 3 stars hotel experience
Was a bad stay especially because service was terrible; on Jan 1st we ordered a simple room service in the afternoon and after 1.5 h we still don't get our food and drinks. I had to change 3 times the room to have what I've required, ending up with a non renovated room which was just AVERAGE. breakfast was nothing great, mostly Indian. I felt like I'm a very local 3 star hotel property, very disappointing

Had one of the best experiences at Taj Village. The supervisor, Sonu, at the restaurant was super and made the whole experience amazing. Sonu and Sunil gave us the best service and accommodated all our requests. We owe our experience to him and his team.

It’s a beautiful location, well laid out hotel, with all the comforts and amenities. Service in the restaurants is sometimes a bit slow. One definite exception is Ms Passang. She was quick energetic, very pleasant and made excellent food suggestions. Another request i would like to make. I understand that this is a 5 star hotel and guests like to experience the luxury. However in view of the environmental impact we hope the hotel can be a bit more aware and reactive than automatic. Housekeeping staff should also be so advised. A) Put glass bottles with filtered water in the rooms instead of plastic bottles. b) add/ replace towels and linnen only at the request of guests not automatically. These are small changes that can help us reduce our impact on the environment even as we enjoy a comfortable stay. At the end of the stay, despite not using the first ones we had a collection of 9 unopened Bisleri water bottles and 3 bath towels. Thanks

What an amazing stay. The service was superb, the room was superb, the location was superb. Special mention of Favioe, the chef at breakfast. I had asked him for a Ross omelet one morning and he did not have the right ingredients then. The next morning, he got everything together and served it for me, even though it was not on the menu options for their buffet! This is the kind of service that bumps a stay from good to exceptional!!

The property is beautiful and well-run. The beach is surprisingly pristine. The restaurants were the only disappointing thing, with very slow service, harsh lighting, and mediocre food. But that was really the only possible complaint. Truly a lovely property.
