Lejlighedshoteller i Canadiske Rocky Mountains

"Værelse var dårlig rengjort. Går fra tidligere gæster og støvede gulve. Affald fra tidligere gæster var også i lejligheden. Der rækværk var i stykker på balkon så små børn kunne falde ned fra 1. Sal. På trods af gentagende påtale til hotellet blev det ikke repareret selvom vi overnattede 3 nætter. Vi har besøgt Hidden Ridge flere gange og steder bærer præg af mangel på vedligehold."

"The place was exactly what we wanted. Lots of room, very clean, and they even provide dog dishes and a bed for our pup."

"Hot tubs, saunas and steam room were great after skiing."

"We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful views of the mountains and comfortable accommodation."

"The property was very clean, beautiful and very large. There was plenty of parking spaces and the pool and hot tub were very nice. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes, coffee, tea and other things like spices. The deck was large with a comfortable seating area and a BBQ. This is definitely a place we will come back to."

"The major problem: The owners/managers don’t communicate with us at all, despite multiple attempts during and after our stay. Not once. Totally unacceptable. The unit itself is OK. The shower taps are broken, the unit is over some sort of HVAC vent, so it sounds like a snowblower is going off outside your living room on a regular basis."

"The resort is in a good location and downtown Canmore is within walking distance to many walking trails, restaurants and shopping. The unit is very clean and comfortable with close access to the lobby, pool and hot tub. The Black Dog cafe has delicious coffee and various pastries. We really enjoyed staying at this resort and the weather was perfect as an added bonus."

"Room was very clean, staff was great. But the ad was very misleading regarding location. The ad showed it being in Spring Creek area and the actual location was not revealed until non-refundable payment was made. Very unimpressed as we wanted the other area! False advertising!"

"Very clean and excellent room. Staff was friendly but there significant proverbs with communications."
