"We did have a great experience staying in this property. Great view over the city. Parking included. Bed was really comfortable, amazing sofa! Great area.
Everything clean and comfortable!
Service was great as well, from the booking to reimburse of the deposit, all went well.
Recommended every one to have the experience.

"Extremely quiet hotel!! We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms and it was fully booked some of the days, but we could not hear the other guests in the neighbor rooms, which is really rare! We have stayed in many, many hotels all over the world but I remember only two hotels where I did not have to sleep with ear plugs, and this Novotel is one of them. For that reason alone, I would stay here again if I should return to Toronto some day. My sleep is a priority when we travel! The staff was...

"Close to amenities, walkable to most major tourist attractions and shopping. There are plenty of grocery, coffee and food options in the area. Even though it’s in the heart of downtown, it’s still quiet while in the property. The beds and bathrooms were comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the heat wave as well."

"This is a brand new hotel. Room was excellent, breakfast (included in price) was top notch. Staff were extremely friendly. Lots of parking available (not on site) within a few minutes walk. Very convenient location in downtown Toronto. Easy walk to Rogers Centre."

"I had a very good stay. For me the biggest star of this hotl is location. Easy to get any public transport line, and the staff was nice all the way through"

For that reason alone, I would stay here again if I should return to Toronto some day. My sleep is a priority when we travel! The staff was great too, especially the restaurant staff. They were working very hard and the restaurant is slightly too small for a hotel this large, so there was always a bit of wait time when going to breakfast, which is the only negative thing I could mention. The breakfast was quite decent. Awesome fresh fruit selection, and their yoghurt parfaite was so good!! Always fresh pancakes, waffles or French toast, and the coffee was good too. We ordered eggs from the waiters which was included in the breakfast buffet, and the hotel was located a short walk from the Union Station, so public transportation was very easy! You don't need to buy or install a Presto card either, just tap your own bank card when you enter a train or bus."
