"Bed was clean and comfortable with good lighting. There was a fridge, microwave, and air conditioning in the room. Body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was also provided in the bathroom. Managers were responsive via e-mail and text whenever you had questions during the stay."

"We really liked this property; it's conveniently located on Newbury Street, with everything close by. The room was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the 12 flights of stairs, we wish we had known about that before booking. We had a large suitcase, and carrying it up to the 4th floor was definitely not fun. Otherwise, our stay was great!"

"This is a newer place in a done-over bus depot. The staff were communicative over text but this is a place where you don’t really see the staff and you enter the hotel and your room with a code you give you. So, very hands off and was good for our purposes—being left alone and just coming and going as we needed. The place is clean and new, room was spacious and comfortable. Will stay here again"

"We stayed at this property during a recent trip to Quebec City and overall had a pleasant experience. The apartment was very clean and clearly recently renovated, with a modern feel throughout. "Great location at a great price. The property is older with no elevators, but this was all part of the charm of staying in Vieux Quebec. Staff was very responsive with any questions. There is no reception desk. Check-in information was provided the day of our arrival and for check-out we just notified them via their online portal. There were minimal outlets so I would recommend bringing your own multi-device chargers if that will be a problem for you. Nothing beats walking out the front door...

"Getting in and out was seamless. It's extremely easy to rely on the codes/app to get in and out. If you ever needed any help there was always someone at the front desk -- even when our flight was delayed and we got in after midnight. You can tell that the hotel experience is built to happen exclusively between the guest and the app. But for anyone who isn't tech savvy, there were plenty of staff around happy to help. "

"This property was in the exact part of Boston we wanted to be near family. We were able to easily walk to several dining options and the T. Neighborhood felt safe, with a large waterfront park next door. We prepaid for parking, but as we arrived early, we parked on the street, and just never got around to moving our car over. (Though you would need to on weekdays). The rental was a queen studio with sofa, tv and full size kitchen appliances. There was a nice gym and pool onsite. As we were out...

"My partner and I had an incredible stay at CitizenM in Boston – short and sweet: it was fantastic. The whole experience felt super high-tech, from the seamless check-in to the mood lighting and room controls, all managed from a tablet. Very cool and modern! The breakfast was delicious, with lots of fresh options, and the hotel itself had such a stylish vibe. The surroundings were amazing too – it’s located right in the heart of everything, so the location was absolutely top notch. Overall, a really fun and memorable experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!"

"Hotellet virkede nusset og slidt. Jeg fik et værelse, hvor aircon/varmesystem larmede utroligt meget så måtte skifte værelse omkring midnat. Jeg blev så opgraderet til et værelset med lignende problemer omend mindre, men hvad man ikke vidste var, at der under hotellet ligger en klub, hvor man selvvalgt kan høre musikken - herunder bas - tydeligt. Ikke super veludhvilet efter et opholdet. God beliggenhed, hvis man vil bo tæt på Back Bay."
