"The Inn at Longwood Medical sold my room to somebody else due to late arrival...1am which I had adviced frontdesk about two days earlier....no help to find another room in sold out Boston at 1:30am....I have had many great stays here and am still chocked by the lack of service by night staff eventhough the could see I had called in and there was a comment about late arrival"

"Overall this hotel was great, remodeled and the rooms are really nice. The location was also excellent in that it was very close to the airport. We had an issue the first night where the room next door was very loud and the staff made it right by moving us and upgrading our room for the inconvenience.
