The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property its self was beautiful. A little misleading though, as is it not right on the beach (as advertised on Expedia), but still a super cool location. Also, they do not have a pool, as advertised on Expedia as well.
The reason, and this is the only reason (well two reasons), I gave this hotel 4/5 stars overall was because I booked a two bedroom suite with living room through Expedia and we recieved a king sized regular room with a door that opened up to a closet sized room with bunk beds. Definitely not what we paid for at all. So again misleading. We were staying for my birthday, so we decided to splurge, and did not get a suite with a living room as we thought. Also, we were on the first floor and could hear absolutely everything above us. So definitely ask for a room on the top floor if you like peace and quiet.
