"LOVELY SETTING! Loved the outside area which had picnic tables, chairs around a fire pit and also a gas pit. We took some walks around the neighborhood and down one street was a beautiful view of the water. We were with another couple and decided we would definitely come back here. The cottages were very clean and cute. Loved our stay!"

"Our stay from start to finish was top notch! The owner was close by and so helpful and gracious. There was a small problem with our golf cart and he let us use his! The cottage is clean, comfortable and beautifully appointed. The resort is a gem and everyone was so friendly. A must stay! "

"The property was great and a very convenient location to the beach, shops, and pier. They have everything you could possibly need except food and clothing! Very clean, TVs and ACs in every room. The only challenge as others mentioned is parking. It is a tight fit and if your tires are on the sidewalk you can be ticketed. "Eliza Cottage was the perfect Nantucket retreat—beautifully appointed, cozy, and full of charm. The location was ideal for exploring town, restaurants, shopping, and then returning to relax in peace. Loved the harbor/ beach view! Parking spot was a huge bonus as well!! Every detail was thoughtfully curated, and we felt right at home. Very clean and so many amenities! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a true island escape yet conveniently close to it all!"

"We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. We were in ME for a baseball tournament and this was much better than being in a cramped hotel room. The space was comfortable and clean for the 4 of us (2 adults 2 teens). Less than a 10 min walk to OOB and conveniences are even closer (convenience store and a Walgreens). We will certainly stay again when in the area. "
