"Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist modern eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Pool – sauber, angenehm temperiert und genau die richtige Größe zum Entspannen. Auch die Lage hat uns überzeugt: gut erreichbar, selbst mit einem größeren PKW, und Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt vor Ort. Insgesamt ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt – wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Really nice house with grear facilities and amazing view.The pool is a lot better than in the pics and deep enough to dive in.The kitchen is well equipped The bedrooms are a good size and the beds are a lot comfier than usual rentals.Communication was very good, and we were left alone to have some privacy, which is also unusual for rentals.All in all a very enjoyable stay and it's nice for people to entrust their home to you for a holiday, it's greatly appreciated."

We chose it for the view and in off season it was fantastic.The weather was too cool to enjoy the pool but we did get to sit outside for a few lunches. "Jean Pierre was absolutely wonderful, the villa is more gorgeous in person and the view is unreal. The layout was great, the AC worked perfectly. It is not somewhere you can really walk, Ubers are expensive into town but come quickly. Would 100% stay again. Chartered the boat for a day which was the highlight of our trip! "

In der Ferienwohnung hat es uns an nichts gefehlt...von Spültabs bis zur Grillkohle war alles für die ersten Tage schon bereit gestellt. Alle Schlafräume sind klimatisiert. Wir haben eine sehr saubere und ordentliche Wohnung vorgefunden.An den ersten Tagen mussten wir uns noch an den Straßenlärm trotz geschlossener Fenster gewöhnen, aber das haben wir nach paar Tagen...

"This was a surprise booking to treat my family to a beautiful villa with a to die for view with a pool and all the amenities. We wish we had more time but 4 days was extra special. Our thanks to Allesio and Giorgio for taking good care of us. We highly recommend! By the way, the listing says zero bathrooms when we booked originally. Actually there are 4 that are ensuite plus many WC's and extra bathrooms elsewhere. First Class! Wish the elevator worked, but didn't spoil the stay one bit."

"We had a wonderful family stay at Jean-François' property. There was a lot of privacy and we spent our time outside, enjoying the enchanting garden, private pool and views over Nice.
