"We arrived at the bungalow on Christmas Eve after 6:00 PM following a 2½-hour drive, expecting a clean and comfortable place to settle in for the holiday. Unfortunately, upon arrival, the bungalow was not in acceptable condition and had clearly not been properly cleaned.I contacted the owner immediately and was informed that someone would be sent.
