"Everything was very clean and well equipped."

"Fantastic house in a great location. The house had everything we wanted and needed@"

"Everything was just as advertised and the host was very responsive. We loved our stay and would highly recommend! "

"Wonderful unique southwestern property! We were immersed in peaceful vibes and comfort as soon as we arrived at this secluded location! The few minute drive on the unpaved road was easy and added a great touch to our arrival! Kim was a great host and replied to any question we had within minutes. Everything in the property was nicely mapped out and labeled! Easy check in and out! The setting and views were amazing! Stargazing was excellent! All the amenities(pool, grill, hot tub, etc.) were top...

"Very nice property. Clean, good host and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!"

"Our stay was short but beautiful. Everything was just as described. Perfect for a couples night away from the city. Very comfortable and peaceful. We shall return "

"Great house Great location"

"Cute clean little house. Looks just as shown in pictures on the inside. Easy check in / check out process. My only concern was that it’s at the back of a run down RV park and it’s the only way in and out. Also internet was poor so tv doesn’t work and I couldn’t check email on my laptop but typically vacationing is to be outdoors and not to be connected ;-)"

"This well-equipped home was a great spot for our stay in the Sedona area. There was plenty of room for our family and it was easy to drive to hiking trails and dinner. The host communication was excellent. "

"This was our second time staying in this VRBO. Our dogs absolutely love the yard. Air conditioning kept the house nice and cool."

"Place was very clean and had everything we needed. The floor plan was good for multiple families, with bedrooms and bathrooms spread out. The kitchen table and sofa were very large and comfortable, great places for hanging out. The domes were too hot to be in during the day, and were a little too dirty to see well out of at night. The workout room was a hit with the kids. The AC worked excellently. The neighborhood was super quiet. The long driveway is a dirt road and a bit steep. It was no...

"We had an incredible stay at this beautiful home! The house was even better than the photos—spacious, spotless, and so comfortable. The bedrooms were large with very comfortable beds, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the open living area was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. The location was ideal for us. We spent our days paddleboarding and sightseeing, and it was just a short drive to everything we needed, including restaurants, grocery stores, and nearby...

"This is by far the best VRBO we have ever been to. It is a Wild West Artist Dream, with every room uniquely furnished and decorated by an artist Douglass E. Andrews. You can buy some items! The kitchen is my dream, and all the rooms, doors and bathrooms are worthy of the HGTV show. So much character! It's like living inside the art studio. We spent 4 very quiet nights there, I do not remember when I slept so deeply, no street noise at all. When you wake up and go to the porch, you will hear...

"Incredible stay; perhaps the best I have booked. Incredible detail and investment in this home. Absolutely comfortable and extremely clean with a surprise on every table and in every nook. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with a kind and friendly host."

"Verynice location. Walking distance to wineries and shops. Plenty of room and super quiet."

"Host was super accommodating. A good variety of cooking spices and food items (butter, salad dressing, etc), tons of toys and games and a bright, cheery atmosphere. Quiet and friendly neighborhood."
