"Every body was nice/helpfull from the front desk all the way to house keeper. It’s closed to town, public transport are available just down the road (jeepney’s). If you would like a private car taxi is available 24/7 just let the staff know, uber are available too but you have to set it up yourself. It is a very safe area. Don’t forget to wear flat and comfy shoes as you know this is mountainous area. Highly recomended arc residence. I will used expedia for hotel specially here in Philippines."

"Our experience was unique as the day we arrived Baguio City was under a typhoon and there were many problems around the city with downed trees and power outages. The owner met us at the property and explained the situation, what we needed to know about the facility, and that he would be working to make sure we were safe and had water. "I honestly would not stay here again. I found it very difficult to get to and from the house and town. Taxis and jeepneys just wouldn't stop. The house and room were nice overall,fairly spacious and comfortable. There are so many dogs outside though, that like to bark very early in the morning. So it's hard to sleep in in the mornings. I would definitely pay more to stay closer to town and in a more quieter area of the mountainous city."

"Griffin Lodge is a SCAM!! We had a confirmed booking on this place for February 25-27, 2022, also paid online and that it is no refund for any cancellations or rebooking. When we arrived, the whole place was barricaded with bamboo fencing. There were bystanders outside dilly dallying which looks weird and told us that there is nobody inside and that the place has been non-operational for more than two years. "Nice house but showers did not work in either bathroom, Stairs very steep and treads too narrow for safe passage for older visitors. Owner was friendly and congenial."
