This gorgeous Georgian house belonged to a tin Mines captain, built in 1820.

Guest access

Access to the house is only through front door you do not have access or use of the rear of the house or the back garden you can however use the front garden which is shared use, you also have use of the driveway to park 2 cars which is situated round the back of the house.
Other things to note
The attic space has a low roof the highest point is 5"6' you'll need to crouch down to enter, there are cushions, a bean bag, a couch and a couple of small chairs. this area is ideal as a chill out zone study area or meditation/prayer room. Access is via a steep attic ladder. it's tricky to ascend and descend.
This area is unsuitable for unaccompanied children, they must be supervised at all times.
The roof is low and a desk has limited height as it's placed where the roof slopes, that being said you will be able to sit at the desk and comfortably use a laptop.
