"This is a newly built property with modern loft style rooms. The staff are very friendly. The restaurant on ground level has a nice breakfast included that is made to order and the evening has a great menu. "Review checkin process. Find entry codes and details about key fobs. Find out if there is construction next door as i was awaken every morning at 7am by construction noise. Verify everything works upon entry and request immediate fix. I was without internet for a day and had to wait various days for repairmen to come fix things without having a set time for their visit. "The room was clean. The only thing that I didn’t like was the towels was very old and dingy I end up buying towels. Part of the sheets were dingy as well but not as bad as the towels. What I like most the reception didn’t bother you or your guest like some other apartment complex does Location was perfect. Walking distance to restaurants, parks, malls. Close to everything your heart desires. The place was really beautiful. Would recommend."

"Air conditioner has good working. People are nice and good response for us. Basically room are clean but I can see small ants some of them on the table and on floor. I doesn't matter for it. In neighbor restaurant made big sounds at night to midnight."

"The good: The view was great, the place was really spacious, two bathrooms and two twin beds that we used for our babies. The issues: Floors were dirty when we arrived, washing machine was not working, and wasn't fixed during our stay, the water heater often didn't work and had a lot of cold showers, the process to get to the room seemed complicated with the key system they used. If these things were improved, would definitely rate it 5 stars"
