This traditionally designed villa offers spacious independent accommodation across two floors making it ideal for sharing with family and friends

On the ground floor is a spacious living/dining room with views of the Ifach rock and a fully equipped kitchen for all your self-catering needs. There is also a double bedroom and bedroom with two single beds also on this level as well as a bathroom and a separate shower room. On the second floor, there is another living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, and four bedrooms. You will find one double bedroom and three twin bedrooms which share two independent bathrooms. The villa has air conditioning in all rooms.

The spacious outside terraces lead to a beautiful kidney-shaped pool with ladder access. The pool is a generous 8m x 4m and is surrounded by artificial grass. 

The location of this villa is excellent, positioned just behind the salt lake and within easy walking distance to the Levante beachfront with its marble promenade and an array of restaurants and bars. There are two large supermarkets also within walking distance.

Important Information
Due to the ornately designed balcony areas, the balustrades have larger gaps in places. Please ensure that children are supervised whilst using these areas.
