"I could have lived with the room's prison style window, the frayed carpeting, the ZERO bathroom counter space, and the passed out junkies across the street in the park. I could've lived with the comical "gym" that is literally the size of a walk-in closet big enough to hold a grand total of two treadmills and a few weights. Does that technically qualify as a gym according to code?? I even could've lived with the annoying $4 dollar bottled water in the room. What a slap to the face of guests -...

"Very helpful staff, arranged the airport shuttle when we returned our hire car. Near to downtown, midtown and Old Town via taxi/uber. Clean rooms, made up when requested. Lovely place to relax and chill by the pool for us before we headed to Las Vegas. Plenty of parking, can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t get up for it."

"Great location and great stay"

"The building is incredible, and a great place to stay in the city - quiet, comfortable, and very close to everything downtown. Staff were warm and friendly, the facilities were very clean, the bed was comfortable. They have a deal worked out with a lovely cafe a couple blocks away so you can get a discount on meals and drinks there. The only walkable groceries are convenience stores/bodegas, but I expected that in a city. Would highly recommend, and I'll be back anytime I need to come through...

"Very beautiful place. My complaint would be that there was hair everywhere from the previous person or the staff and we couldn’t use the bathtub shown in the picture because there was a tone of shoe prints as if someone was walking around in it. Other than that staff was kind and the welcoming. "

"Service, cleanliness, space, room, our view from the room, safe area - all was great. Safe area for families. We came on a busy weekend (friday-sunday) with a large concert taking place at the city stadium. We still just payed an average price for this top end hotel with an excellent location. We paid for parkingservice at booking and it was worth it. Thre staffmembers are situated outside the hotel around the clock to help with car and luggage."

"Clean, quiet hotel within easy walking distance of Sutter Health Park. There is a charge to park at the property in a secure lot. Great breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. The property is in West Sacramento and much more affordable than lodging on the east side of the river. The neighborhood is not posh, but we never felt unsafe walking to baseball or the river. We had an enjoyable four night stay and would definitely stay here again."
