Muy contenta con elegir a Rossa Palma hotel boutique para celebrar mi aniversario, hotel muy acogedor, los empleados muy amables, la comida excelente esa combinación de comida pacífico y peruana es excelente además del ambiente tropical del hotel. Y para terminar los precios muy accesibles. ***** Cinco estrellas.

I recommend it
I wasn't sure when I first arrived. The room was a little bare. I thought maybe I should have picked a big chain. After a while I got warm to it. The staff is super. The area has a nice vibe and is full of good restaurants. It was really a pleasing experience. I recommend it.

I love this place.
Great location, super nice place, breakfast was really good, restaurant service excellent. Small room. If I comeback to Cali definitely I will comeback to Rossa Palma Hotel ❤️

Me gusto el hotel en general, la atención de su personal muy buena, la comida muy rica, PERO los colchones son un infierno. Puedes sentir los resortes. Me parece que es fundamental tener buenas camas. Sería mi única critica.

We loved our experience
We loved our deluxe apartment with a view of the city. The staff was very helpful. We would recommend the hotel. It is a great location with a good restuarant by a very well maintained pool. We could not have been happier with our choice !

This quaint hotel is easily accessible to many areas of interest in San Antonio. Didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy the pool as it was closed for maintenance. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The staff is very communicative and helpful. Allowed us to stay a few hours after check out due to a flight cancellation. I would stay here again and recommend!

Accueil ordinaire, très peu enclin à nous aider à trouver des choses à faire, spectacle de salsa par exemple. Excellents déjeuners. Outre l’accueil ( front desk ), le personnel est très dévoué.

Great downtown location; near to everything and tons of restaurants. In hotel restaurant is very good for dinner; breakfast is included but don't try to get bacon on the side of eggs even though available if you order a different egg dish... reminded of Jack Nicholson's famous scene ordering toast! Friendly manager and very helpful.

Not for mummies
Yes that hostel was clean and the desk staff very friendly. For younger peropl as there is a public bar and resterant that do not clise till 11:30 midnight on weekends, so the boom boom boom can prevent a good noght sleep . Not for mummies. The bunkbed rooms or submarines are only enough room for one person to move around in. The bathrooms wete supper. Also ck the bar prices as staff does not know the acutual cost of the drink. And even though the sighn says happy hr 4 to 7 that is only during the week

Thanks for your review, we have a lot of rooms to choose, from a mix dorm to a superior private, the bunkbed room is the cheapest one and is just for two persons, still it has a private bathroom. We have happy hour monday to friday from 3 to 7pm.
