HOUSE RULES:
*Please note: If you book a stay on behalf of additional guests, you are required to ensure that every additional guest meets any requirements set by the host, and is made aware of and agrees to the terms and conditions. The primary guest is held accountable and liable for all actions of the non-registered guests.
• Absolutely NO smoking, vaping, drugs allowed. • Absolutely NO parties, events, or illegal activities allowed. *If guests are suspected of smoking, carrying and/or using drugs of any kind, hosting parties or illegal activities, authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY* • Quiet hours after 9pm. Noise levels at all times must be considerate, especially at night. • No extra adults or children, as overnight visitors. • No portable campfires allowed in or around premises. • No shoes within the house. • No food/drinks in bedrooms. • Please throw away garbage only in garbage bins located in washrooms/kitchen and replace garbage bags when filled. • Please do not rearrange the furniture. • Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper in toilets. • For fire prevention and safety - please do not leave any electrical appliances or gas stove switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This also includes all TVs, electrical appliances, gas stove, oven, fans, hair straighteners, chargers, extension cords, taps/water and all lights/lamps. • Please use your own personal items to remove makeup/ foundations, creams, tanning products, or any other products that might stain. • Street parking, back driveway side by side parking and double garage parking available. Garage access to be requested via message after booking. Our driveway and garage is suitable for sedans or SUVs. larger/longer vehicles, can be parked on the street in front of the house.
Checkout Rules:
• Please return all household items and belongings to their rightful places at the end of your stay including hangers in closets and returning remotes in the labelled remote baskets. • Please load and start dishwasher before leaving. Hand wash all other non-dishwasher safe dishes. • Please wipe down any spills, throw away any leftover food, empty out fridge and leave the property neat, and free of rubbish on your departure. • Please make sure garbage bag is not overfilled and tie top of garbage bag before leaving. • Please unplug irons/steamers, toaster and coffee maker. Turn off all TVs, electrical appliances, gas stove, oven, extension cords, taps/water and all lights/lamps before you leave. • Leave all sofa beds fully open so they can be cleaned. • Please ensure you take all your belongings. We are not responsible for any items left behind after your departure.
FEES:
To help maintain our space for all guests, please note the following fees for any broken house rules:
• Smoking/vaping/drugs: $500+ • Unapproved parties: $1000+ • Unapproved pets: $300 • Late checkout: $65/hour • Unapproved overnight guests without permission, extra fees may be applied. • Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and/or stains and/or extra cleaning may be applied. • Any missing items and/or damage to furniture and/or property will be charged fully to guest.
*Unfortunate event of broken house rules, Guests may be asked to vacate the property immediately*
For Extended Stays:
We provide essential supplies for up to one month; guests are responsible for additional supplies after this period.
