The Space:
This spacious three-level townhome features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, offering both privacy and comfort for longer stays or short getaways. On the main floor, you’ll find a bright living room, modern kitchen, and dedicated dining space at the rear.
Upstairs, the second level includes two bedrooms—one on each wing—a shared full bathroom, and a laundry closet with built-in shelving. The mechanical room is tucked away just behind the laundry area for a seamless layout.
The top floor is home to the master suite, featuring a large walk-in tile shower, double vanities, and direct access to a private rooftop patio—perfect for morning coffee or an evening wind-down.
