"The lady who helped up check in was very nice . However , we arrived to our room dropped off our bags without thoroughly checking the room . We arrived back to the room around 11pm. There was a card that was given to us with 20% off for food . We went to the snack-bar and asked if we would use the coupon. The gentleman who assisted us at the front desk was outrageously rude . He shrugged his shoulders and said “I don’t know what you’re talking about”. Then said he’s not taking any money we have...

"Beach view saved the experience. Staff were polite and professional. Hotel and room were very dated. Room was “clean” however the exterior of the hotel and hallways felt grungy from lack of cleaning. If you’re looking for a nice 3 star hotel experience, you’ll be sadly disappointed. If you’re looking for somewhere safe to sleep, with a reasonably clean room and beach access this could work. I would stay here again, but only after exhausting other options."

"Great resort . Nice place to stay. Loved it . Only think I didn’t like was the lock on the door, it takes a minute to figure it out . Overall, would love to stay again!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Marriott OceanWatch! We had one of the garden view rooms. We were assigned to a room in the Pine building, which was on the first floor. Despite being on the first floor, we had essentially the same level of privacy that you would expect from a higher floor and had a charming view of many trees and a creek that passed in front of our room.
