"The communication from the 3villas team was excellent before and during our stay. The villa was clean and there was a welcome pack of a few items for the kitchen plus water and a bottle of wine too, a lovely gesture. Would certainly book this villa again and also use 3villas. "

"Nice house to spend summer holidays, great pool and nice dinner area outside. The house is cozy and well decorated, bedrooms well equipped with AC, bathrooms and not modern but clean and do the job. Might be walking distance to the beach but the hill is step so we never tried. Parking near the beach was very easy. "Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette maison tout est fait semblable aux photos . Aménagement simple mais en même temps très classe j ai adoré le style .On y trouve tout le confort nécessaire L espace extérieur est juste magique sans vis à vis avec vue sur la forêt. Notre hôte Gonzalo est vraiment très présent et à l écoute du moindre problème . Je recommande vraiment cette maison. Nous y avons passé de belles vacances . Nathalie "

"We stayed here for a week at the end of July. The villa is in an excellent location on a quiet residential street about 10 minutes walk from the beautiful bay in Arenal de Castell. Only 5 minutes walk to the really well equipped shop and pizzeria. The pool is great and was kept really clean for us during our stay. "La Casa Dina est très bien située dans la partie nord de Minorque. La maison est dans un endroit très calme loin du tumulte des stations balnéaires de la cote. Elle est située un peu en retrait dans l'ile dans la verdure à 10 minutes de plages tranquilles. La maison est très propre et correctement équipée. Toutefois une petite base de consommables comme nous avons l'habitude d'avoir dans nos précédentes locations Abritel à notre arrivée aurait été bienvenue."

"Spacious well equipped villa in a great location. Games and pool inflatable toys were a lovely touch. We all had a fantastic time. The additional info local attractions and restaurants was useful too. The only thing I would say is the pool surrounding could’ve done with a wash down. I think we may have been the first in this season! "
