"AI package. Married couple.Junior suite room. Huge balcony. Hotel was OK 'ish. Food was ok but not great. Bed and pillow comfort was good. Some Bartenders were kind of cold. The drinks from AI package were not that good. Cocktails costs 2.50-3.50 euro extra, but the quality is not that good. F example Piña colada cocktail was not drinkable. Overall was a nice stay. Spa costs 25 euro for 2 persons for 1:30h . Entertainment with live music was a little bit lame."

Breakfast buffet was also really nice (even if some guests should not be allowed if they don't have a minimum of hygiene when it comes to food handling!)
The condition of the room was terrible. Water dripping from the ceiling above the toilet (= drips in the head or on the legs depending on how you sit on the toilet!) Reception handled it immediately though, and water stopped. However, the handyman forgot to clean up after him/herself meaning we had...
"Det var et dejligt sted, men ikke et sted at sove i, jeg lå og frøs midt om natten og endte med at komme snottet hjem. Det ikke ligefrem de beste dyner de giver, det nærmest lagen dyner og selve bygninger er kolde, og lige så snart man gå ud, så er det dejligt varmt, det kan jo blive køligt om aften når man bor 200 m væk fra stranden. Eller var morgen buffet meget godt, det børnevenligt og de tilbyder meget at vælge imellem"
"We went on a couples trip in the beginning of May. We had a pleasant time with a room on 7th floor with a fantastic sea view. The hotel was clean and nice. The staff were super friendly and well aware of the guests all the time.
The pool is not too big, but that wasn't a problem as we went in May and the weather wasn't too hot anyway. All in all a very nice hotel with a perfect location, close to nature reserve and Cala Millor beach and the shops all along. "
