Pris og kvalitet hænger sammen.
Et stort og godt hotel midt i Cairns centrum. Alt er mere eller mindre i gå afstand. Dog er det lidt underligt at deres aircon er koblet på udluftningen fra toilettet hvilket måske gør man bliver nødsaget til at åbne altan døren for frisk luft. Men det er en lille bagatel og det overordnede indtryk af hotellet r at det klart kan anbefales.

Stayed in one of what appeared to be recently renovated king rooms without a balcony and thoroughly enjoyed the modern amenities and had a comfortable & quiet sleep.The free bottle of wine (part of our deal) together with glasses was quickly provided and also enjoyed. The espresso machine was surprisingly well stocked and the presence of an automatically triggered subtle night light an interesting and useful feature. Highly recommended for a 1-2 night stay.

Located close to the main promenade and wharf. Convenient and in walking distance to shops, Woolworths and restaurants. Nice pool. Room spacious but need to have air con on due to musty smell because of humidity in FNQ - but this was freezing. Staff are new so couldn’t answer many questions, on boarding could be better for staff.

Enjoyed staying at the Pacific Cairns. Five minute walk to the where the boats for the Islands depart and the day bus tours. Very central to eating places like the Night Markets. The bar fridge is a decent size and the bed and pillows very comfortable. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you don’t have a car like was our case. The staff were friendly and helpful.

It hit all the marka for a good hotel, juat missed rhoae extea special touches to make ir great. They also cut the power off for a day for maitencnce but rhey should have just not allowed people to book for a day instead of warning me

This hotel is right next to the main tour check in area for most of the Viator and Get Your Guide tours. We had issues with the thermostat in our room. It would be arctic frost cold and then hot and humid. Kind of annoying, but we were out most of the day. With our Expedia booking, we were supposed to get a bottle of wine with our stay, but it was not even mentioned. Kind of a bummer, but it is what it is. My biggest issue was the dining. Save your money on the hotel restaurant. When we went, the breakfast buffet was kind of gross with runny eggs and a really small selection. We were really excited to try the meat dinner at the Bushfire restaurant, but I think they were more focused on it being fancy than on the flavor. We ended up going out to a Korean BBQ afterward and it was on point. Very safe neighborhood right in the middle of a lot of shopping stores. I was able to walk to the Aquarium and Uber from here was no problem. Staff were extremely friendly.

Check in was good and kind with a female staff person upon arrival. She was kind and explained laundry options and made change for the coin operated laundry on even floors. No one offered help with luggage and I had oversized heavy luggage and I could only find stairs and no on offered to help me at the entry or to my room. At about 11:20 AM on checkout day I went to the front desk and no one was there then a young man with no name tag appeared to be in his 20s with the name S. a.u.L. he spelled it for me wouldn’t give me any additional time to check out and said I must check out by noon even though I asked if I could out at 1 PM. He was not professional or helpful or kind. He didn’t thank ask me how my stay was doing. I then asked for the manager and he said he was the manager which surprised me because he wasn’t wearing a name tag and he was abrupt in his tone of voice and not nice , I went to my room with my key and it didn’t work because they shut the rooms off at 11 AM for your key to work so I had to come all the way back down to the front desk where again there was no one at the front desk. I waited and he came back out from a doorway I handed in my key and I said it didn’t work I said, is that because that you shut them off at 11 he said yes and I said well why didn’t you ask for my key at 11:15 so I can get into my room. I asked him for his name and he spelled it for me if he’s the manager. If he is the manager he is not setting a good example for service.

全体的に設備が古い。全室ベランダ次だか、柵の劣化が酷く少し怖い感じがした。ロケーションが最高だけに残念。ホテルのサービスはかなり不満。三泊したのですが、ベッドメイキングがされたのは、初日を除く1日だけ。加えてアメニティはなし。タオルは、滞在期間中、一度も交換なし。とても星4つのホテルとは思えない対応です。近くにヒルトンやプルマンやシャングリラがあり、そちらにすれば良かったと後悔しました。残念。

Pacific hotel is centrally located, very convenient. The room is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Improvement is needed for the outdoor pool. Water is not as clean as expected.

We like the big window. Lots of spaces to put our stuff. Staff are helpful. Walkable to our amenities. Just a constructive suggestion. The small wood table in the room needs a good cleaning.

Accommodation was conveniently located, close to the esplanade and an easy walk for numerous dining options. Disappointed that I had to pay for parking - I thought that was included!!

Extremely overpowering air freshener smell in the room and tapping noise. Had to change the room at 2 am as I couldn’t sleep due to smell and annoying noise.

Ok
Very convenient location right by the marina. Great laundry for doing clothing if you are travelling for a long while. The overall condition of the hotel is quite tired. Only one out of three lifts was working. Staff were friendly enough though.

I didn't like the door slamming on our floor this time round. You need to make the doors more harder to slam, when leaving rooms.

Beautiful place to stay. I needed accommodation quickly due to a missed flight. The only thing was no room service which after my stressed afternoon, would have been good. I’d definitely stay here again, my well appointed room was on level 3 with the pool right outside my door- perfect!!
