"After a busy week touring Monteverde and Arenal, our stay at this house on Playa Negra was a much needed restful few days at the beach. Loved the proximity to the beach to pop over the street when we wanted as well as the relaxing sounds of the waves and ocean from the expansive balcony and all the delicious restaurants nearby. House was clean, beautifully furnished and well set up with everything we needed, even a few beach chairs and boogie boards and noodles. Only thing I hadn’t truly focused...

"Visiting our daughter who is in college in San Jose. Came down to Cahuita for 3 lovely nights at Lilian Nature. Beautiful setting, tons of wildlife, nice pool. We spent a day in the Cahuita National Park, a day at Punta Uva and plenty of time lounging around the well equipped home."

"Our stay here was everything we needed and more for an adventurous week with friends. The open kitchen and living area with the pool was a great community space and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. The host, Mary, was incredible and made us feel right at home. An added bonus was a fully stocked kitchen and a huge family table, great for cooking meals in. The place was just on the edge of Puerto Viejo, which made it convenient but also quiet. Would book here again, 10/10!"

"Though at on initial arrival at dusk we found the home to be quite rustic, on awakening on our first morning we quickly realized how beautiful the home and gardens are, and fell in love with the whole experience. "For our anniversary in 2023, we planned a Costa Rican adventure on the Caribbean. We found this house and it looked perfect for our family, with three adolescents. Unfortunately we had a medical emergency that forced us to postpone. The owners were incredibly gracious and allowed us to reschedule for February 2024 with no fees or penalties. "This was a nice place to stay and was close to everything without being in the middle of it. Lots of restaurants walking distance and in between 2 towns if you need to get something. The beach is directly across the street. This street is the only road on this coast so it can get a little busy/noisy. House only holds 4 at most but if you had a few friends staying around this would be a great place to meet up cook meals and walk to the beach. Biggest drawback is no A/C so if your not use to...
