Taxi stands can be found in central areas. Some taxis are informal, so it’s recommended to agree on the fare before starting your trip or make sure the taxi uses the meter if it is a red taxi with yellow license plates (official taxis). 8. **Mascotas:** - Se permiten mascotas **SOLO** con autorización previa de la ADMINISTRADORA; se aplican reglas adicionales si se traen mascotas.
9. **Uso de Piscina y Jardines:** - No se permite orinar en la piscina ni en los jardines.
10. **Responsabilidad del Huésped:** - El huésped debe salvaguardar la propiedad y todos los elementos que se encuentran en ella.
11. **Seguridad de la Propiedad:** - La casa debe estar cerrada con llave al salir a la playa, cenar, ir de compras o realizar cualquier otra actividad.
12. **Ahorro de Energía y Seguridad:** - Se deben apagar las luces, ventiladores, aire acondicionado y la estufa o parrilla cuando no estén en uso.
13. **Consumo de Sustancias:** - No se permitirá el consumo de narcóticos ni de ninguna otra sustancia que altere las funciones normales del cuerpo, la mente o el comportamiento. - Si esto ocurre, la ADMINISTRADORA se reserva el derecho de cancelar la reserva del huésped y pedirle que abandone la propiedad de inmediato.
14. **Llaves:** - Cuando no se encuentren en la casa, las llaves deben permanecer siempre en la caja de llaves destinada a los huéspedes, con el código oculto. - En caso de pérdida de las llaves, se cobrará $150 por la reposición de la cerradura.
15. **Servicios Adicionales:** - Todos los servicios adicionales (masajes, renta de bicicletas, tours de cualquier tipo, servicio de cocina, etc.) deben ser pagados al momento de solicitar el servicio.
16. **Restricciones de Ruido:** - El nivel de ruido no debe exceder los 60 decibelios durante todo el día, de acuerdo con la normativa de ruido para zonas residenciales en Costa Rica. - Por ejemplo, reproducir música a alto volumen, organizar fiestas o mantener conversaciones en voz alta que superen este límite no está permitido.
