Enjoy stunning ocean views from your King Jr. Suite at Pueblo Bonito - Sunset Beach! The resort is terraced on a hillside overlooking a pristine stretch of soft sand beach, so every suite has a direct view of the ocean -- including the most spectacular sunrises & sunsets.
The resort is all inclusive optional and all inclusive usually runs between $80 and $120 per adult, per day depending upon the level you choose. There are discounts for children and senior citizens. After you book the suite, you can add this and other services on through the Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort directly.
You'll have access to miles of private beaches and Sunset Beach's 16,000 square foot European spa & fitness center, as well as all the other amenities and restaurants at the 5-star Sunset Beach Resort & Spa. There is a spectacular Euro-style market called Quivira on site as well as a mini-market and deli. For larger food purchases, you are only 15-20 minutes drive from the nearest Costco, Wal-Mart, Sams Club or City Club. The resort does offer a full or half day kids club and optional 24 hour babysitting services, so adults can really enjoy themselves in peace and quiet while soaking up the beauty and opulence of this exquisite resort and spa!
Due to the strong undertow on the Pacific Ocean, there is no swimming allowed in the ocean right on Sunset Beach. However, there are several massive free form pool areas with swim-up restaurant/bars and spectacular views available -- including the beachfront pool area and the 'Sky Pool' with an amazing view overlooking the entire resort! The soft, clean sand at Sunset Beach is ideal for long walks or an afternoon game of sand volleyball. The resort even provides free use of cabanas with lounge chairs, both poolside and on the beach!

The Space:
JUNIOR SUITE (Sleeps 2 in one King bed) is a single story luxury suite with spacious ocean view terrace, luxurious bathroom, kitchen (with full-size refrigerator/freezer cook top & microwave), and indoor/outdoor dining areas.
Central A/C, flat panel HDTVs with satellite reception, and fully stocked kitchen (with stove & microwave, but no oven). The furniture is all made of beautiful Mahogany wood, and the decor is beautifully appointed in stonework with natural earth tones. The suite includes free daily maid service.
The Neighborhood:
Sunset Beach is a breathtaking, beautiful 4.5-star luxury beachfront resort with every amenity under the sun... and year-round sunshine! Very close to all of the nightlife and fun in the sun, but worlds apart in its own gated paradise!
Nearby activities include ATV rentals, golfing, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, dolphin swims, whale watching (Jan-Mar), snorkeling, parasailing, jet-skiing, boating, swimming, tennis, shopping, dining, and more!
Sunset Beach is only 10 minutes drive or a free hourly Mercedes bus shuttle ride to the calm swimming waters and numerous watersports available at Medano Beach (on the Sea of Cortez) and the adjacent boat marina -- walking distance from downtown's famous nightclubs: Cabo Wabo, Hard Rock Cafe, The Giggling Marlin, and El Squid Roe!
Getting Around:
Guests are provided with full access and room charging privileges at three Pueblo Bonito resorts in Cabo (Pueblo Bonito Rose, Pueblo Bonito Blanco/Los Cabos and Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach). Pueblo Bonito even provides free hourly shuttle services between their resorts throughout most of the day! Free 24/7 golf carts will chauffeur you door-to-door anywhere around the resort any time you wish.

Check-In & Identity Verification Policy
All reservations require the primary guest (the booker) to complete a secure online check-in process prior to arrival. This includes:
-Uploading a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID
-Uploading a selfie to confirm identity
-Reviewing and signing our rental agreement
This process is similar to hotel check-in and is required because we do not typically have staff on site. Check-in instructions will only be provided once this process is complete.

In some cases, we may also request a security deposit and/or apply a damage waiver fee in accordance with booking channel policies.
Guest Count & Occupancy Policy
Each listing includes a maximum number of guests based on unit type and local regulations. Additional guests are welcome for an added nightly fee:
-Studios & 1 bedroom units: $20 per guest, per night after 2 guests
Please ensure your guest count is entered accurately at booking. We will confirm the number of guests after reservation. If the guest count changes, pricing may be adjusted accordingly. For safety and compliance purposes, exterior security cameras are used to verify occupancy. Unreported additional guests may result in additional charges.
Pet Policy:
This unit is not pet friendly. Thus, if you have a service animal you will need to notify us in advance of your reservation.
Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, including indoor and outdoor areas. If evidence of smoking is found, an additional cleaning fee of $500 will be applied in accordance with the booking channel's cleaning and damage policies.
