Copala 4102 is a 2-bedroom sparkling ground floor penthouse condo with a large furnished private terrace. Located in the Copala at Quivira private ownership community with access to Quivira restaurabrs and golf course!

The new private refuge for Quivira owners, is located next to the Quivira Golf Clubhouse and the acclaimed Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course. The unique outdoor environment offers a large swimming pool, a terrace on the edge of the beach, bathrooms with showers and dressing rooms, a fully equipped gym, green areas for special events, and a one-of-a-kind sailboat-shaped cinema where movies are projected on an awning on one of its sails.

I-Fully appointed kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, including a drip coffee maker. Anything you need to cook an amazing meal, or, if cooking isn't your thing, we can help arrange meals or you can dine at one of the resorts.

-TV with streaming capabilities
-Full washer/dryer
-Quivira has an independent reverse osmosis water treatment system (not city water), plus extra filter systems at homes and on fridge dispensers where applicable. Many guests still choose to use bottled water for drinking, mostly for taste and peace of mind reasons.

The registered guest, as listed in the reservation, must be present in the home. We do not allow booking on behalf of other guests.

LOCATION & RESORTS:

This unit is a special part of our CaboCondoVacations portfolio of 5-star short-term and long-term rental units. Our CaboCondoVacations team is onsite 7 days a week and our owners live in Quivira full time. We own or manage over 25 vacation units in Quivira and are uniquely knowledgeable and helpful on getting the most out of your visit. Our CaboCondoVacations team is on site 7 days a week to make every minute of your vacation perfect.


Copala is a full-ownership family community with private secure gate. You will feel like you are in an upscale USA or Canadian community + all the advantages of Mexican weather, culture, food and fun!


RESORT/COMMUNITY ACCESS INCLUDES:

-There are 7 guest accessible pools! The highlight is the Copala clubhouse which has 2 pools (kiddy pool + family infinity pool with fantastic ocean, mountain and desert views), large family sized jacuzzi, a deli, spa, gym, bar & grill, large media room, and more.
-On-site tienda for essentials you may have forgotten (toothpaste, tequila, hats, sunscreen, chips...)

Guests have access and discounts to some Pueblo Bonito resort amenities but not all. Specifically:

Within the resorts I would recommend:
• ’The After’ Sports bar and restaurant at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach resort does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts.
• ’The Market’ Food Hall at Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach does not require reservations and our guests have access and discounts. This Market area features several different types of food (Deli, Asian, Mexican, Pasta, etc.) which share a common seating area and central bar area.
• The Quivira Golf Clubhouse steakhouse and seafood restaurant & bar is not associated with the resorts and our guests have access and discounts. For breakfast and lunch you can often walk in without reservations however reservations are required at dinner (on even priority with hotel guests).
• Our guests can access reservable restaurants at the resorts however they are exceptionally busy over the holidays and other busy seasons. The resorts prioritize hotel guests and limit non hotel guests. Practically speaking, there is absolutely no commitment of guest access to resort reservable restaurants.
• Our guests do not have access to Pueblo Bonito pools or pool bars unless they purchase the All-Inclusive package at the resorts. This is a new policy in 2025 and any listings claiming to allow this access are out of date.

• There are numerous excellent restaurants which have recently opened just outside the Quivira gates given the rapid growth of the Quivira population. These are excellent options with great variety, quality, and value. Please ask for recommendations.

Important: Please note amenity access is very specific:
- There is a private owners-only beach club where guests do not have access unless invited and accompanied by an owner.
- Guests have access to full ownership residential community where they are guests, not to other communities. Copala guests = Copala + golf + restaurants/bars only, Mavila guests = Mavila + golf + restaurants/bar only, etc.
- Resort restaurant and golf club access are subject to reservations and are very full at peak times of year.

-If you are a runner or hiker, the desert, mountain and seaside options are amazing. The hike up to the lighthouse is a must-do for every active guest. For even more challenge try the trek on a mountain-bike or a run!
-Make sure you visit the world famous marina! Amazing shopping, restaurants, bars, ... oh and amazing boats!
-Take your stab at our world class fishery - marlin, dorado, rooster fish, snapper, to name a few

Family vacation

We are a family of 4- two adult kids. The condo is clean, quiet, and well equipped. There are several pleasant pools to choose from at Copala. At the main pool there is a bar and grill with limited hours- food is decent. You have access to the resort amenities using the shuttle system. The resorts are busy and need to be reserved. They do run on a limited basis and you need to plan your time accordingly. We were interested in restaurants in town for dinner. We would call taxis right to the unit. Cost to town was about $20-25. We would always Uber back much cheaper. Ubers can not enter without a member/guest in the car. It was a great place to stay at a very good price!

Beautiful and Peaceful

If you want to be away from the chaos of a resort but still have access to the amenities, this is a great choice. Lots of pool options that are not crowded. Excellent staff especially at the Copala clubhouse. The shuttle system works great even for getting to the Marina via the shuttle to Pueblo Bonita Rose or Los Cabo’s (but remember to reserve those in advance). We ate several meals at Sunset Beach because it was easy to get to. The clubhouse also has great food but the kitchen hours are only 10-4. The CaboCondoVacations team were in touch through WhatsApp so it was easy to ask questions and get the right people immediately to address any need. The unit is very nice and had everything we needed (except you do need to bring your hair dryer).
