Brand New Listing: Elegant Studio Suite with Ocean and Pool View

You can tell this is a special place, not your average vacation rental, when you open the door and see the ocean of blue and white with calming and fun custom art in this first-floor stunner.

Once you take a few steps down the hall and see the full kitchen, including a pantry and dishwasher, your breath will be taken away a second time by the large patio, with the outdoor living room sofa, coffee table, and the ocean view beyond.

All winter long, that view includes plenty of whales you can watch move across the water right from the condo.


Don’t forget the dining/work island that seats 2 so you can enjoy the ocean view even while working or doing a Zoom meeting.

This kitchen is fully equipped so you’ll find everything you desire. And if all you’re looking for in the kitchen is the coffee maker and the blender, you’re in luck.

Don’t forget the electric grill on the patio!

You have purified water for drinking, and a purified water ice-maker in the freezer.


The comfy sofa is a great place to catch up on Netflix or your favorite Amazon show. The living room boosts a giant Smart TV with every US and Canada channel including all movie channels and sports, so you’ll never miss a game!

You can check out the pool right from your patio to see if it’s pool time or if you’d like to head down to our beach cove for snorkeling or swimming. We provide beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for your use.

The large heated pool with the swim-up bar restaurant serves all day long and will be there when you get back from the beach with plenty of shady spots available if that’s what you prefer.

You have a great ocean breeze from the patio door that open to the ocean view and flows through to the screen door at the front.

And with two highly efficient ceiling fans, you may never need the A/C.

When it’s time to go to bed at night, you’ll enjoy the king-size bed.

And if you’re an early riser you can enjoy the colors of a brilliant sunrise as you grab your morning coffee to head out to the patio to enjoy the full show.
We provide coffee, sugar, and non-dairy creamer.

The adjacent full bath is equipped with stack washer & dryer. We provide laundry soap. We also provide shampoo, conditioner and body gel in the shower.

This completely remodeled condo is new as a rental, so you can be one of the first people to enjoy a vacation here.

If you’re on a working vacation, with fiber optic high speed WIFI, just grab a seat at the spacious island or you can spread out at the patio table outside and enjoy the view there while you work.

As you walk through the lushly landscaped resort to head down the steps to the beach, the first place you’ll pass is the heated pool and the bar/restaurant where you can book all your Cabo activities while having food and drinks and meeting new friends.

Besides the pool, beach, pool bar/restaurant, and a well stocked convenience store, you have access to several great restaurants (with amazing views) on this east point of Cabo San Lucas bay!

In fact, within a 5 minute walk, you’ll find yourself at two of the highest rated restaurants in Cabo, Sunset de Mona Lisa and Manta at the Cape Hotel.

Just want drinks and a pizza with a great views of all of Cabo and Land’s End? We’ve got you covered with that too at Jazz on the Rocks above Sunset de Mona Lisa. And there is a health food restaurant right outside the gate with upscale vegan fare.

Cabo has become an international foodie destination. And any type of food you want is 5 minutes away by Uber in downtown Cabo.

If it’s a romantic getaway for two you’re looking for, you’ll never have to leave the condo. You can easily whip up anything you want in this kitchen or call for delivery from many of the best restaurants in town. You’ll also find a dishwasher for easy clean up.

The condo features FREE, secure, and reliable WiFi.

The pool bar has WIFI and a book exchange if you’d like to check out a novel while you relax at the beach or by the pool.

The condo has a hotel safe for your convenience, and a washer and dryer.

The grounds of Misiones are lushly landscaped with grass and flowers making for beautiful views in every direction along with several species of song birds and hummingbirds.

Our private swimming/snorkeling beach makes for a relaxing day WITHOUT SOLICITORS like you will encounter at Medano Beach. We provide you with beach towels, chairs, and a beach umbrella.

The Palapa swim up pool bar and restaurant serves very reasonably priced food and drinks. They serve delicious 'All You Can Eat' dinners for around $10 USD per person 2x/week (as of this writing).

There is an onsite mini-market (with shaded outdoor seating) with a variety of groceries, including beer and a good selection of wine and liquor.

Misiones is a gated community with 24/7 security and is very safe. Guests who stay here come back again and again, as its location is one of the very best in Cabo.

Located on the first point at the East end of Bahia de Cabo San Lucas (Cabo San Lucas Bay), less than two miles from downtown Cabo…it’s close enough to enjoy all it has to offer, far enough away to avoid solicitors and crowds.

Costco, Walmart and other shopping are only a few minutes away. And you have a choice of several restaurants within walking distance, including the famous "Sunset De Mona Lisa", "Jazz on the Rocks" , "Taittenger's" Champagne and Oyster Bar, Manta at the Cape hotel, and Puerta Vieja (live entertainment), which all offer spectacular Land's End and Cabo City Lights Views.

The place was great awesome location as I did not want to be close to town. There was grocery store nearby within walking distance. Several nice restaurants nearby and a convenience store on site. The whole area was nice quite very safe. The condo I stayed in was great; had everything I needed for cooking and the beach and pool. The beach was gorgeous quiet not crowded.The pool was very nice relaxing and the bar was great nice selection of drinks and food prices were not bad. When I come back I definitely staying here again! Recommend this place highly.
