The villa features large patios on both floors, with a private balcony off one of the bedrooms. Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for maximum privacy and comfort. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped, and the home is furnished with stylish, comfortable pieces throughout. From both levels, enjoy breathtaking ocean views.
Relax in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, or take advantage of the two pools on the property. The front pool features an optional heating system. (additional fees applies) The pool at the back of the villa is ideal for water games like volleyball and water polo, or simply to do laps. Keep an eye on the ocean from the deck—you may even spot whales breaching. At sunset, enjoy watching cruise ships pass by while you listen to the soothing sounds of birds singing throughout the day.
For your peace of mind, the villa is equipped with a top-tier water filtration system, making both the ice from the fridge and tap water completely safe to drink.
