"Amazing location if you want to experience the local culture. Walkable to everything you might need and the art district has so many shopping options and great restaurants. The condo complex is fairly new and has a nice rooftop pool and sitting area with great views. We were here for almost 2weeks and there wasn’t anything that we needed to get other than food. The place had lots of cooking supplies and was extremely comfortable. Will definitely stay here again if available. Loved it here and...

"This is a fantastic property. The photos represent the space well. We cooked family dinners, sat around the campfire, spent hours swimming in the Sea of Cortez, snorkeled, played frisbee, went to Los Barilles for a day. It was a fantastic week."

"Such a beautiful home and Almei is by far the best host we’ve ever had! She was extremely helpful and incredibly nice! The home is an easy and inexpensive Uber ride to grocery shopping and a fairly easy although long walk to town. It’s all downhill there but you will want to Uber back lol. The sunrises are spectacular as is the view from the upper deck. When you need shade the lower patio is great. All in all the best plac we’ve ever stayed at in San Jose and looking forward to another stay next...

"You can’t beat the location! The hot tub was warm when we arrived and the pool has the perfect amount of shade and sun. We had troubles with the AC in one room, Priscilla and her team came promptly to help us and answer any questions we had. The shaded parking for your ATV is a game changer. No more hot seats for the kids you won’t regret staying here. "

"House is comfortable and well provisioned. Managing company very responsive and helpful. Lower level had independent beds and bathroom so privacy is great for couples. Upper level has main living space with main bedroom and bathroom. Keys can be a little confusing as bedroom on lower level had independent locks. I'd recommend the management color coordinat the keys to match the locks with paint or nail polish to avoid trying multiple times to find the correct key for the lock. "

"Rachel and Dave have created four authentic Mexican attached "townhouses." The place was well equipped and had a beautiful pool area. Each unit had a private outdoor patio with a table and four chairs and a rooftop BBQ with a covered table and six chairs. "

"We had a very nice stay at Casa Patricia. Really enjoyed that it was far enough away from the hub-bub of Los Barriles but close enough to get to in a matter of minutes (as long as you have some transportation). The Casa was very clean and had all the amenities (kitchen tools and appliances, bathroom, bedding, etc,.) that we needed! I would stay there again!"
