"The property is new and as pictured. There was some difficulty with check in, information provided was not accurate and had to wait for a response from owner. We stayed a week and enjoyed the comfortable bed and small kitchen. One recommendation it is important to have access to clean towels and trash bags. The roof top provides a great view of sunset and a nice place to have a meal."

"Beautiful property on the golf course with a private pool and lush greenery surrounding you. A short walk to downtown and all the shop’s restaurants and Art Walk is only a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed making our breakfast and coffee mornings in the the fully stocked kitchen and a few BBQs in the evenings on the outdoor grill. Great grocery stores nearby for all your needs! Don is a great host and we will definitely be back!! 😎😎"

"This condo was everything it was described as and more. So clean and roomy and comfortable. But the view was just outstanding! The host was very easy to reach and was so helpful. Being able to use the beach club was also a great experience! Great food amazing service and again the pool and the view did not disappoint. I will definitely be staying there again next time I’m in Cabo."

I loved the layout, the panoramic views in and out of the house thanks to the enormous glass doors along the verandah, the style, the pool, and having a warm/hot tub was a real treat for the cooler evenings and mornings. The community is wonderful and quiet; we were never once approached by salespeople. "We stayed 11 nights and had a wonderful experience. The host and property manager were responsive to our questions and needs. We enjoyed spending time on the private, corner balcony watching the golfers play through below us. The location was excellent for accessing the beach, old town and grocery store. The condo is functional and, while basic, had everything we needed. We really appreciated the quiet air conditioning unit and comfy bed! Thank you for a very enjoyable stay!"

"We stayed three nights and had wifi for 6 hours. Had to use wifi at the rooftop pool. Lotsa communication back and forth to no avail. The water in the pool is not heated so my husband passed on the pool experience. I swim often in cool water and found it uncomfortable, sadly. Bed was comfy and the place was nice. "

Carpet was dirty, not what you expect from such a nice condo. The resort itself presented it self very well, with nice pools and nice restaurants."

"The property outside was well maintained. The unit we stayed in was very beautiful & it was obvious the staff does a great job keeping the kitchen well stocked with flatware, pots/pans, & several high-end appliances. Having a washer & dryer allowed us to bring carry-on bag for a few days of clothes. We just wash them our stuff using the laundry detergent that;s included. The balcony has a high-end BBQ grill that's east to us along with a large couch & a table to dine while watching the Golf...
