"Beautiful hotel with prime location and spectacular views, however resulting in too many guests occupying public spaces doing endless “photos shoots”. Found the restaurant service a bit disapointing and though the plates was beautifully arranged, the food served was cold and over priced. Luckily there are plenty of other restaurant options around town. Pool facilities was greatly appreciated. Front desk and lobby staff very kind and helpful, however most other staff have very limited English...

"Kieu Anh was the nicest person we met in Vietnam. She helped us book activities and made sure we felt very welcome and at home. She took great care of us. Upon arrival she even upgraded our room! When checking out, she booked us a car and sent us away with a big smile and hug. Best hotel ever! We miss it already"

"Very nice new hotel! The rooms were clean and cute. Plenty of hot water and a nice shower, although there’s not a shower door so the bathroom gets wet. The beds are big and comfy and the AC works well. Good location up the hill from downtown and a short walk to many restaurants. They even let us check in late at 1am from a night bus. Would recommend! "

"Vi bestilte 3 dage, og ved ankomst blev vi opgraderet til værelse med bjergudsigt. Den var fantastisk. Værelset var stort og veludstyret med køleskab, AC, TV, føntørrer, el-kedel og flere stole og borde. Alt i fin stand. Der var også en god lille balkon med udsigt. Morgenmaden var rigelig, og det var buffet med æg, ris, nudler, suppe, brød, pølse, frugt, grønt osv. Godt udvalg, og venligt personale. Vi havde et godt ophold på Azure Sapa Hotel, og kommer gerne igen hvis vejen går forbi igen i...

"Meget godt hotel, som et drevet af en lille dejlig familie. De er så venlige! Selvom vi ankom kl 03.00 med natbus, stod de op og lukkede os ind på vores værelse. De har været venlige i en grad der er mere end hvad forventet er, og har hjulpet os med ture, dagens aktiviteter, kaffesteder, gode restauranter og hjalp til ved et maveonde. Selve værelset er rigtigt dejligt, rent og har en fænomenal udsigt! Varmeste anbefalinger fra os."

"We stayed for 3 nights at Sapa Yen Hotel. The first night I can't sleep because of the loud banging from guests at the room above us. I messaged the property and the issue was resolved immediately. The hotel staffs are very accomodating, friendly and helpful. We had free breakfast and the breakfast is one we wouldn't miss everyday. The restaurant below Mam Restaurant had a wide variety of menu you can choose from. And most of all the hotel and resto have one of the best view of Sapa and you can...
